Dear Hannah, Thank you for your feedback—I’m really pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall. I’m sorry to hear that the rubbish disposal rules felt inconvenient. As mentioned in the information provided in the booking conditions as well as the notes sent prior to your arrival and throughout your stay, these guidelines are set by the local authorities, not by us. Unfortunately, waste can only be disposed of between 7pm and 11pm, and this applies to everyone in the area, including our cleaning staff, who are also not permitted to dispose of rubbish outside of those hours. We do our best to make sure guests are well-informed in advance to help avoid any surprises, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding.

Just to clarify for future guests: the master shower enclosure is equipped with a steam function. it produces steam gradually, and while it may not reach the temperature and intensity of a professional spa, guests have always found it perfectly acceptable and have enjoyed it; we’re always happy to provide instructions if needed. Also, the smaller pool on the lower level is often mistaken for a jacuzzi, but it is actually an unheated plunge pool with air jets designed simply for extra fun and relaxation rather than heating. We also appreciate your note about rubbish disposal. We understand that the requirements and limitations may feel inconvenient, but they are set by the local authorities rather than us. For this reason, we make sure to highlight them from the moment of booking and include them in all guest information to ensure clarity.
