Olive Grove Villa is a luxurious vacation home near the popular tourist resorts of Tragaki and Tsilivi, Zakynthos, suitable for 6 guests. The villa, which measures 110 square meters, has its own private outdoor fenced spaces, swimming pool (complete with sunbeds and parasols) and built BBQ.
The villa offers a spacious living room, combined with a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen, as well as three bedrooms (equipped with a queen-sized bed, a bunk bed and two single beds, respectively). There are also two bathrooms.

**The Climate Resilience Tax of 15 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.**

Penny is a wonderful host. She greeted us personally upon arrival and had stocked the villa with complimentary groceries to help us get settled, including fresh fruit, bread, vegetables, yogurt, as well as beer and wine. She also shared olive oil made from olives grown on the property, which was exceptional.When a minor plumbing issue arose in one of the bathrooms, Penny responded immediately and had it repaired right away.Olive Grove Villa is peaceful, spacious, and a perfect place to relax. We spent many hours enjoying the pool, and the villa's location made it easy to explore all parts of Zakynthos.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Olive Grove Villa and would happily stay there again. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zakynthos.

Great location 20 minutes walk to town via beach, property was perfect location, Penny was super helpful and offerted lots of advice on best things to do etc,, loved the beach bar at the local beach great value food n very freindly, if you want to go to planos yown highly recommend walking along the beach route easiest way

Beautiful Olive Grove

Greek loving family spending some good quality time together. Beautiful Zakynthos, beautiful Olive Grove. Lovely villa, pool and location. We loved it. Thank you Penny for such a fabulous stay. Throughly recommend. Donkey beach bar and beach just perfect.

Great Getaway location

An excellent property with a swimming pool, within walkable reach of the beach (with a Beach bar!) and also the local town with it's many shops and restaurants. Penny was a fantastic host, who was on hand within minutes when we had an unexpected power cut. Thanks again for the delicious complimentary olive oil (plus the bread, feta and eggs etc.). I would highly recommend this property without any reservation.

Lovely villa with a rural feeling in an olive grove. Pool is perfect. Location wise it’s 15-20 mins walk to a number of bars and restaurants but you feel away from the hustle and bustle. There is a mini supermarket less than 5 mins walk which will has everything you need. Only downside which didn’t bother us is the mobile and WiFi service is low speed so no streaming Netflix if that’s what you want.

Rural feeling villa near to lots of amenities

The villa was wonderful and the owner attentive to a few questions we had. The villa has a rural feel with crickets, er, cricketing, hens clucking in the neighbouring grounds. Lots of olive trees and big gates leading up to a long drive way. The nearest beach has children inflatables and is a 5 minutes walk. Tsivilli is a 15 minute walk with it's water park, beach, tourist shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Great location! The pool is large with plenty of room for a family of four. Lots of sun loungers around the pool. The owner provided us with their own pressed olive oil, bread and other food and drink to get you started. All in all a peaceful villa with rustic charm.
