Noisy and hot

This property opens up to a courtyard with 4 taverns that play loud music and close well after 2 am. We stayed for. 1 night and rented another place for the rest of our stay. Unless you want to party until the bars close then get some hot sleep, I would not rent this accommodation

The photos online are a little overflattering. The property is wholly functional, but quite cramped. The master bedroom has no carpwt, window or ventilation. The sofa area is a lsnding with no natural light. The main kitchen floor has no soft seating. Location fine, abysmal staircase with a rope rail that clearly has been repeatedly plastered back in. Dont take children. But it works, its just very functional not confortable

Great location in the Heart of Chamonix, close to everything. Only a couple minute walk to the lift/cable car to get up to the peaks. We came in the summer and for the second year in a row there was a heat wave which made it warm. The apartment was not air-conditioned and only had one fan. With the windows open at night, you could hear the patrons of the bars below. Kitchen was very well equipped, but would’ve been nice to have coffee filters provided. Balcony was a big plus and well used. Finding the parking and check in area what’s a bit of a chore. Parking garage was very tight and hard to maneuver inside, which is somewhat typical for Europe. Overall, great view of the mountains and a comfortable place to stay.

bien situé, propre, bien équipé, bon accueil, bonnes instructions, la salle principale est un peu petite pour le nombre de personnes, comme il n'y a pas d'air climatisé, nous aurions apprécié plus de ventilateurs

Apparemment central à Chamonix

L’appartement est bien situé par rapport aux activités proposées à Chamonix mais malheureusement au dessus d’un pub. Ce n’est peut-être pas un problème en hiver mais l’été les nuisances sonores durent jusqu’à 2h du matin. L’annonce est inexacte. Par exemple il y a une télé mais il n’y a pas d’antenne ou de box! Nous aurions aimé voir un peu les JO le soir. Je ne pense pas que la surface annoncée soit exacte et il n’y a pas de parquet dans tout l’appartement. Il n’y a pas assez d’ustensiles de cuisine pour 5/6 personnes. Pas de grande casserole, pas de bols, pas de saladier…
