The towels and linens provided follow our established setup, and additional items are always available upon request. Regarding the check-in process, our communication includes all necessary instructions to access the unit efficiently. While the reception area is not always staffed, the check-in system is designed to be clear and secure. As for the camera concern, we assure you there is no device inside the apartment—your privacy is fully respected. Although some of our replies are automated to provide faster responses, our team monitors all communication and is always ready to help when needed.
