This wonderful villa is located in a very quiet rural area on the outskirts of Marratxí, where you will find restaurants, supermarkets and a wide variety of services close by. In addition, it is less than 15 minutes by car from Palma.
Recently renovated, the house is very spacious and bright and has everything you need to enjoy a fantastic holiday in Mallorca. It is the ideal villa for families and friends, boasting a beautiful garden with natural grass, parking area, a large pool, barbeque and several terraces furnished so that you can enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean climate.
The open plan living areas open out onto the huge terrace which leads to the pool area, and feature sumptuous sofas, a large TV with satellite channels, fireplace and a dining area for 8 people, there is also a breakfast bar seating 3 people leading to the kitchen.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen comes with all appliances such as a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine etc, as well as laundry facilities including a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is air conditioning, central heating and Wi-Fi available throughout the property.
