Wonderful stay

The villa was fabulous particularly for the family including our 15 month old grandson . The location near the beach and in a quiet residential street was perfect. The service we received from the oh went was first class . He is very intuitive and thoughtful . He made our visit all the more enjoyable.

Family holiday

Really enjoyed our week and didn’t want to come home. Carols is lovely and went out of his way to make sure we was happy and enjoying ourselves. The Villa is amazing. The kids loved the pool and the swings :-) would definitely go back and recommend the villa to anyone.

Incredible host!! and fantastic property

Carlos is one of the best hosts we have seen in years!! his place is amazing.. great home away from home .. and a must stay if you are visiting Mallorca.. His hospitality is impeccable. His villa is perfect for a family with kids.. pool, space, kitchen.. just perfect and most welcoming.. Kudos to Carlos and his space.

Family holiday

We had the most wonderful stay at Puerto Adriano Villa , Carlos was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble, we were greeted by Carlos who gave us a tour of the beautiful villa and he had left us a well stocked fridge which was a fantastic bonus, the villa was very clean and there was everything we needed , we would definitely recommend and we can’t wait to return

Lovely family home, perfect for a summer getaway

everything in the house was super convenient, the location to the little town, to the beach and the port. The pool was a great size and the water was always perfect during the hot summer days. The layout of the house was super convenient - we truly enjoyed our two weeks with the kids, grilling, cooking and having friends over. Carlos is a pleasure to have as a host - he is super friendly and thoughtful.

Lovely villa

We had an excellent stay in Villa Puerto Adriano. The villa is spacious (we were 2 families with 4 adults and 3 children), the pool is excellent with plenty of sun loungers and pool toys for the kids, and the location is great, a short walk from a Spar and restaurants/take aways. Carlos could not have done more for us, he really does go above & beyond, even providing a fully stocked fridge on our arrival. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Excellent - lovely villa and brilliant hosts

Carlos and Susannah are the best hosts we have come across-the villa was stocked on arrival, the information given was helpful and C&S responded quickly to any questions before and during our holiday. Presents for the kids, takeaway and cold beer for adults - would highly recommend the villa and these hosts (now we know why all the reviews are so positive!) thank you!

Just amazing, perfect location, perfect amenities, well stocked with all the necessities.

Definately the best location property we have ever stayed in, the warm welcome by Carlos and the well stocked fridge and cupboards to get us going, was just amazing. Comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, spacious living and fantastic pool area. Well protected and quiet area, nice and close to Port Adriano, in-between Magaluf and Santa Ponsa. Can only highly recommend it. Thanks Carlos and Susanna, we'll be seeing you again soon on our next trip to Mallorca.

Another great stay

Our latest visit was our third time at the villa in 14 months. As before we had a great time, with Carlos always on hand if required. He genuinely wants to ensure you have a good time. We will be booking again for next year and can't wait. There are also extras, beginning with cupboards full of food and drink are such a great touch and saves having to worry about shopping for a few days. Thoroughly recommended.

Fabulous villa in quiet location

It was our grand-daughter's first holiday abroad and we couldn't have chosen a better one! Everything was perfect for our family with our 2 year old. Great pool and facilities in the spacious villa - we spent most of our time there. Carlos is so welcoming and left such well-stocked cupboards and fridge which gave us a really good start- so nice not to worry about the grocery-shopping as soon as you arrive! The location of the villa is perfect - we went to some really good restaurants on the days we didn't have a barbecue at the villa - and Santa Ponsa beach was really nice. We all loved our holiday and hope to return someday.

Wonderful villa

Carlos and susanna were very friendly hosts as soon as we booked their villa they were extremely helpful to us. Carlos met us all at villa and showed us around his wonderful property he was so very kind filling the fridge with such thoughtful gifts which were gratefully received. Also one night bringing us a takeaway in a beautiful basket. He has been brilliant we had a fantastic time. We found the area of El Toro very pleasant and travelled by taxi to palma and Santa Ponsa. Fabulous El Toro villa

We had a fabulous weeks stay at Carlos’s villa. Fantastic location by the port, beach and restaurants. Our children loved the games room and pool and all the equipment and beach towels provided meant we didn’t need to bring our own. Lots of space in the villa and wraparound garden for a family of four and more and everything you could need for a great weeks holiday. The fridge was pre-stocked with essentials which was a very nice touch and Carlos couldn’t have been more helpful as a host. We have friends in the area so know El Toro well and would definitely recommend as a base to explore Mallorca. Lovely quiet residential area but walking distance to restaurants if you don’t want to eat at home. We would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.

Ticks every box

This is the second time we have stayed at the villa and is a great place to stay for a family. Carlos us a very hands on owner, without invading your space. He really wants you to enjoy your time at his villa and does all he can to make sure you do. The villa has loads of stuff for kids of all ages so no need to fill your case with outdoor play stuff. We are booked to go back again in August. I guess that says it all. Highly recommended.

Good time had by all

Susannah and Carlos were great hosts from first enquiry to leaving. We were blown away by our fabulous welcome with chilled drinks and a very well filled fridge, always a smile on their faces. The villa is in a quiet residential area, walking distance from a few nice restaurants , a lovely bakery and a Spar. There are also more up market restaurants in the harbour. The buses are easy to use and we were able to spend days on the beach in Santa Ponsa, visit the waterpark and Palma. We loved hanging out in the villa, plenty of space for 2 families and the pool was a fabulous hit. Lots of space to socialise and relax, the only problem was not having long enough there, every one wished we were staying longer. Thank you Carlos and Susannah

Amazing and unforgettable

Thank-you so much to Carlos and family your hospitality was second to none. The amazement me and my family felt when we arrived very late and after getting lost we found a full Chinese meal laid out by the pool. It was outstanding too and I don't even like Chinese. Villa was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a family. It made the holiday special as did Carlos. My boys talk about the villa every day even in his sleep I hear him saying let's go back to villa. I would recommend to anyone and would happily go back every year. Everything about it will give you an outstanding holiday in majorca. Thank-you Carlos and sussana from all of us deepest regards aimee and Co.

Fabulous,

We had a fabulous time at this gorgeous villa, Carlos and Susanna are the most amazing hosts and had stocked us up with more than enough to see us through our first few days. The very gorgeous and smiley Susanna was there to greet us even though it was almost midnight and then Carlos also turned up 10 minutes after our late arrival with a Chinese meal for us all. This was a very welcome surprise! The villa is wonderful and has everything you might need and more and is super modern and immaculately clean. These very thoughtful hosts go above and beyond to ensure your holiday is amazing. They respond immediately to any queries that you might have. If you are considering going, just do it! You won't be disappointed, I promise you. Thank you for making our stay so fabulous, you are truly exceptional, lovely people! I can't recommend this villa and the wonderful hosts highly enough, we will be back!

Perfect Holidays

Everything was just right and fine: from the start upon arrival nice little surprises as e.g. a filled fridge with all we needed for the first day. Carlos waited for us atthe house which was easy to find and wellcomed us in a very friendly warm way. The first excellent impression was then topped by the house itself: spacious, very clean and decorated with good taste. To find your way around Carlos has provided a dossier which answered all our questions. The kitchen is well equipped and also nicely decorated (big plus for summer is the ice machine). I spent a couple of holidays in Spain, Potugal and so on, but it was the first time that the internet worked in a very stable way - so you even can watch Netflix (via HDMI cable) on the new TV. The swimming pool is not really big but well maintained and clean. No problems with the neighbours, walking distance to the sea. I give 5 stars for the house and one additional star for Carlos who is an extremely friendly, pleasant and honest man. Would like to get back there right now. Markus from Switzerland

UNBEATABLE

I often treat customer reviews with some sceptism but having spent 9 days experiencing this superb place coupled with the 5 star service provided by Carlos and Susanna,I have to agree whole heartedly with all the previous comments.From greeting us with champagne on ice to the little touch of giving our little girl a gift on departure Carlos could not have been a better host.The villa itself is fantastic,the rooms,decor,furniture,bathrooms and kitchen are all faultless.Carlos and Susanna also supply added extras such as a fridge(which also gives constant drinking water) and pantry full of goodies and even little things that are sometimes forgotten such as suncream and toileteries.The villa has a toy room,a games room with pool and table tennis tables as well as a mini playground outside.The pool ,saltwater so no red eyes,is lovely with the couple providing inflatables and pool toys.I have stayed in many villas some claiming to be superior.None were a patch on this.Our holiday was unforgettable and all down to Carlos and Susanna.Thank you both and I hope you will have us back sometime. George and family.

Outstanding

We stayed from the 18th - 25th June 2016. Having chosen the villa based on previous reviews we were interested to see whether it would live up to expectations. It did!! The villa has everything a family could need so really no need to take anything with you other than essentials. Carlos was there to meet us on arrival and gave us a tour of the place. We found the fridge and cupboard full of food and drink, which was a pleasant surprise and meant we didn't need to think about shopping until later. Carlos also provided a takeaway of our choice during our stay, another bonus that we didn't expect. Carlos and Susanna were available, as mentioned in previous reviews, at all times when we had a question, and really are contactable at all hours. I must say that the facilities and location of the villa are really good, however I would not usually give 5 stars, but the attention to detail by Carlos, who really does go the extra mile to ensure you have a great holiday, convinced me to do so on this occasion. This was finally capped off by bringing our 3 year old son a present for the trip home. Sometimes reviews can be misleading. The reviews for this property are not.! We are already working out when we can go again.

Fantastic Villa!!

What a fantastic Villa this is and what wonderful owners! We stayed here for 2 weeks and the Villa was just perfect for us. We know the area so were able to navigate our way round El Toro and nearby Port Adriano ( lovely little beach) which we spent a lot of time. There is a fab little eatery called LaOca which is gorgeous! (our favourite eating place) the Villa has everything you will need for your stay! Carlos even supplies you with toothbrushes and suncream! It's a very comfortable very clean and homely villa which myself and my family loved. There is a great pool which my two boys were never out of and an awesome games area downstairs with a pool and table tennis table, as well as a vast amount of toys/ dvd's etc to keep the little ones amused! We had a day out on a boat ( from Port Adriano) while we were there and needed a cool box for the day and a quick request to Carlos and it was on our doorstep in minutes! Nothing was too much trouble for him. I cannot recommend this villa enough for anyone wanting to stay in this area which is close to Santa Ponsa( lovely beach) and Magaluf etc where there is plenty to do. We recommend the Pirate Show in Magaluf which is a must see! Also Palma Aquarium and Katmandu in Magaluf is great for kids. We took taxi's everywhere as we didnt hire a car and once we worked out you had to call for a taxi at the rank in El Toro it was a breeze! You will have a thoroughly enjoyable stay here and I would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends.

Fantastic villa, ideal for a family holiday

This is a really lovely villa. It's ideal for a family holiday. Carlos the owner was incredibly helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. He greeted us on arrival and made us feel really welcome, he left us a welcome pack full of food and drink which was beyond generous and very unexpected. Everything has been thought about, there was even armbands and sun cream for the children. When I had questions during our stay Carlos was very helpful and he even popped around with gifts for the adults and children. The villa itself is lovely. It's very well equipped and has everything you need. All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely decorated and spacious. The lounge is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need during your stay. We used the BBQ and cooked meals some evenings and had everything we needed for cooking. The pool and garden areas are fantastic. There's plenty of sun beds and seating and more than enough shade if you need it throughout the day. The kids were kept entertained with the pool, swing, slides and football pitch. The garden was very safe for children as it is gated and comletely flat. The area is great. Nicely quiet but with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance plus a lovely butchers and bakers. The supermarket is functional but if you have a car you could travel to a better one. The only downside was there was nowhere in walking distance where we could buy fresh fish, however with a car you could drive to a fish market. The harbour and beach are stunning. The beach is lovely and the harbour is full of really nice restaurants. We had a brilliant holiday and will definitely be back!

Perfect villa & perfect owners!

We had a wonderful time at Carlos and Suzanne's beautiful villa. All the more perfect for the fantastic hospitality that this fab couple provide. The villa is only a 30 minute drive from Palma Airport and very easy to get to. We are a couple with an almost 2 year old and my 76 year old mum. The accommodation was perfect with lots of room for little one to run around and space for mum to have some peace. Not only were we greeted with a fridge full of necessaries but also luxuries and store cupboard essentials. Ideal to get the week started. They have thought of it all from toys, to beech/pool towels and even a gift for our son when we left! Outside has plenty of space for our son to run around (all synthetic grass), with swings, slides & mini football goals. The pool is great, very clean & modern with a box full of inflatables and floats. Inside has everything you would expect with a luxury villa, such as WiFi, Satellite TV & air con, plus a few hidden extras (pool table & kids play room). The location is ideal. There is a lovely marina (Port Adriano) where we ate out enjoying some great lunches on a number of occasions & there is also a small, very clean lovely beach. We also benefited from the local restaurants and many children's parks in and around ElToro. Santa Ponça is only 5 minutes drive, but is more touristy but has a beautiful beach. The villa is very secure with high walls & gates, all of which blend into the surroundings and aren't imposing. All in all this place has everything you could want in a holiday with the extra security that there is someone on hand 24/7 to help with any issues and who is very generous & genuinely cares that you have a nice holiday. INCREDIBLE!

INCREDIBLE! My name is Javier and I'm from Malaga, but in this moment it time I live in London. I decided to go with my English girlfriend Joanne and some friends abroad...and we saw this wonderful place in Mallorca. And the first thing I did is read every single review that his other guest have written about this property. And saw that all the different Guests wrote almost the same: great place, wonderful owner, best holidays.....so I got in contact with the owner and every single email and detail was perfectly explained. I Have been a week in this amazing Villa in El Toro and I would like to share my Great Experience in it. It was my first time renting a Holiday Property this way..so I was a bit nervous about it. But only till we arrived to the villa because after meeting Carlos the owner of this Fantastic place and the welcome that he prepared us .... everything was nice and perfect. He thought about everything so we would have a great holidays. Carlos has helped us in everything, he already left a book explaining were to go, what to visit, places to eat something typical from the island, markets where to go, supermarket where to buy and a special surprise that you won't know till you are at the villa... Would like to advice you that Carlos will definitely will make a wonderful stay and welcome to his Villa. And he will help you to have a lovely holidays. I recommend this place to go because you will have a special time. And I also recommend to go in April and May because of the warm weather...it was ok for me, but my girlfriend and friends thought it was very warm. Good excuse to be in swimming pool all the time. So if you read and hear about all the different bad things that happen if you do rent through internet and the holiday rental properties and you don't want to have any of all of this trouble: I recommend to go to PUERTO ADRIANO VILLA with Carlos and his lovely wife Susanna and they will definitely look after you and your holidays. Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Wunderschönes Haus mit perfektem Pool Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um alles, wir sind mitten in der Nacht angekommen, trotzdem hat uns Carlos persönlich begrüßt mit einem vollen Kühlschrank. Toller Service!!Carlos ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich um alles. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr sauber und es wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus in direkter Umgebung zu Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Supermarkt und einige sehr guten Restaurants im Hafen Port Adriano, alles in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Vielen Dank Carlos.

Hello,
my name is Carlos and I´m a mallolrquin man of 43 years old. But I´m also half english, because my mother is from England(Newcastle) and my father from the island(Inca). I live in Cálvia in a very nice spot called "El Toro" with my family. With my wonderfull and incredible children : Ethan and Eunice. I´m a business man of the area .I have diferent shops in the area of Cálvia....in Palma Nova and Magalluf. My father had the first shop around....and this was about fifty years ago.....and I continue with the same shop my father had and a few more.....in one word......continuen with the generation...All my roots are here and around this area so obviously through my Dad I do have a very repectable surname around the area and hopefully I will continue with it....

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

My reason of buying our home in Calvia- El Toro was because we have shops around the area and all my live has been here and we didn´t want to move away from here. We also decided because my Dad gived us the land and made my family home here. And another reason is that in this side of the island the weather is allways good...I have the great luck that I could choose where to live....and my first and only option was here.
And most say this a very nice spot of Mallorca!!!!.
We have everything very near...walkind distance. We have a path that goes from El Toro, Puerto Adriano, Santa Ponsa, Palma Nova, Portals Nous, Bendinat, Son Caliu, Palma Nova, Magalluf up to Cala Vinyes...and you can walk it -it's a very nice delightfull walk!!!. And we are so Lucky to have such nice Beaches around us!!!

Why choose my Home before others....easy!!!!...my Home is an wonderfull place with almost 95% of good weather all year. We have great views of the country behind the villa. Special spot to relax. Residencial area. Closed to the newest and exclusive marina called:Puerto Adriano. And we are so lucky to be between two diferent Golf Courses:Club de Golf de Santa Ponsa I,II,III and Club de Golf de Poniente. Also say that our villa has a very nice Private Swimming Pool. Perfect place to be with your Familly, because we have all diferent toys for the children- remember we have kids too!!!....and I have a boy and a girl so the is diferent toys. The is a special floor in the house for them so they can play, well perpaired with toys, fancy dress and costumes for them...
