It consists of a kitchen with dining table and stools, a living room with sofa bed, and a bedroom with bathroom. Additionally, it is fully equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV, WIFI, etc.



The bedroom's bed measures 1.35cm, with a very comfortable memory foam mattress. In the living room, there is a double sofa bed (1.35cm in size).



The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, utensils, crockery, and cutlery, as well as a coffee maker and toaster. You also have a washing machine and iron.



You will have access to the building and apartment via access codes that only you will use during your stay; you will receive all the detailed information days before arrival. The building has an elevator from which you can access the apartment, as well as the main stairs of the building.



Note: To access the elevator, you have to climb several steps (approximately 10) as it is not at ground level.



The accommodation is located within a very characteristic building; on the ground floor (entrance of the building) is the Compadre Barber's Club, a unique and iconic place in Madrid with a wide range of services in both the barber shop and leisure and dining. Please note that access to the building is shared with the terrace area of the establishment. In the apartment, you will find coupons that you can use at the establishment, where you will have a free beer plus a 10% discount on the entire menu and 15% off barbering services. Chueca is undoubtedly one of the most cosmopolitan neighborhoods in Madrid, known for its narrow streets full of bars, restaurants, and shops, and for its active daytime and nighttime life.



With bus service, taxis, and the Gran Vía or Chueca metro station a few minutes away.



Located behind Madrid's Gran Vía, our apartment is in a privileged area right in the city center.
