As a family with young children we regularly visited Cyprus for our summer holidays, visiting several regions, before deciding to buy our dream holiday home in the Universal area of Paphos.
Universal is conveniently located a short 20-25mins drive from Paphos International Airport, whilst the charming Paphos Harbour is a short 15-20mins walk away. Riccos Beach, Faros Beach and Venue Beach are a mere 20mins drive away, all three with great facilities.
There are plenty of amazing restaurants to visit in Kato Paphos and the Old Town if you fancy an adventure, if you don't enjoying cooking. Pambis Diner, Oregano and Elysia Park Café are within a 10min walk if you want to stay local.
If you don't want to hire a car and would rather stay local you have the two Farm Markets and the Elephant Kiosk within a 5min walk. All three outlets provide a range of fresh and frozen produce, dairy products other food stuffs and a variety of drinks as well as a large variety of home, cleaning and cosmetic items.
