Step into your private paradise: extensive landscaped gardens with child-friendly grassed areas, a magnificent 12m x 6m heated pool (October-May) with Roman steps leading to a generous shallow area perfect for little ones, and a deeper section where adults can truly unwind. The summer kitchen is a chef's dream—equipped with a giant "Broil King" gas BBQ, hobs, fridge-freezer, and dining for 12 poolside. Prefer shade? The covered naya overlooks the pool, offering the perfect spot to watch the kids play while you relax with a glass of local wine.

Inside Your Luxury Retreat

The ground floor opens to reveal a stunning open-plan living space. The state-of-the-art kitchen features the latest appliances, two fridge-freezers, a breakfast bar, island, plus a separate laundry room and pantry. The grand dining area flows seamlessly to the outdoor terraces through elegant patio doors. Sink into the expansive sofas in the living room, enjoy the 55" smart TV with full international channels, Netflix, and Amazon Prime, while three of the four ground-floor bedrooms open directly to the gardens.

The master suite? It needs to be seen to be believed. Luxuriously spacious with a walk-in dressing area and a double-sized en-suite featuring both a large bath and separate walk-in shower—this is five-star hotel luxury in your private villa.

Golf lovers have La Sella Golf Club just 10 minutes away, while families can explore Denia's beaches, Benidorm's theme parks, or the picturesque village of Guadalest.

Jávea is made up of three areas.



1/ The Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians.

2/ The port area with its fish market and promenade.

3/ The old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning.

10k from Jávea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafés, bars and restaurants.

The resort of Benidorm is only a 40 minute drive away and close by is Terra Mítica, which is one of Europe's largest theme parks, you can also visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.

Jávea Town: Jávea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Jávea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year.

Jávea old town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets, you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.

La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a 20 minute drive from the villa. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Jávea’s postcards.

Denia and Oliva to the north of Javea have some of the most spectacular long uninterrupted beaches with golden sand and even in the height of summer plenty of open space. Just outside Denia at Ondara there is the large, late night shopping centre of La Marina with boutique stores and a multi screen cinema for the kids
