As soon as the problem was reported, we arranged for a technician to attend and continued the necessary intervention to resolve it as quickly as possible. We fully acknowledge that this caused inconvenience, particularly for a group of 13 guests. However, we would like to clarify a few points for future guests reading this review. No cleanliness issue was reported to us during the stay, despite regular communication with you about several other matters, so unfortunately we had no opportunity to address such a concern at the time. The damage claim made after checkout was also entirely separate from your request for compensation. It was submitted through Vrbo’s official damage procedure following damage discovered after departure, with photographs, written exchanges and professional invoices provided to Vrbo for independent review. It was not made because you requested compensation. Regarding the bathroom door specifically, we have never claimed that you caused the original drainage problem. The dispute concerns the subsequent damage to the door. This matter, together with the other damage reported after checkout, has been submitted to Vrbo so that the evidence from both parties can be assessed objectively. Some of the statements in this review regarding which bathrooms and facilities were unusable also differ from the messages exchanged during the stay. The complete communication history has been provided to Vrbo. We regret that the stay ended on this note. We always take problems seriously and intervene as quickly as possible when an unexpected technical issue occurs.
