Casa Marsia is a graceful studio apartment situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps two people. From Casa Marsia you will have a nice view of the greenery and of the street below. Casa Marsia is 25 square meters (270 square feet). It features a private terrace, a shared patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 600 meters (655 yards) from the borough of Sant'Agnello di Sorrento, where you will find shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 400 meters (440 yards), a grocery store at 450 meters (490 yards), the stop for the EAV bus Vico - Piano - Sorrento line at 900 meters (2950 feet) and the closest beach (La Marinella Beach Sant'Agnello) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).
Casa Marsia is located on the mezzanine floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building along a short route that includes approximately 14 stairway steps.
For a successful stay at Casa Marsia we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it for a fee, using a valet service. The pick up/drop off point is located downtown. If necessary, you can park free of charge or for a fee along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Terrace
The terrace is 3 square meters (32 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the greenery and of the street below.

Patio
The patio is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a gazebo. The patio is shared with the owners.
Bedroom
The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In the bedroom there is a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner induction cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is a table that can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the patio. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the bedroom.
