perfect location

this apartment was great for 3 couples and 2 friends. lots of room and easy access to buses, metro and all the sites. very safe neighborhood.

It’s hard to find a place with nice beds and en-suite bathrooms. This place has that! As 3 couples traveling together it was perfect. Good location and easy checkin as well!

Great place to stay in Barcelona!

Great location in Barcelona! We could walk to almost everywhere! The place is big and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone! Clean, safe and bakery and supermarket right downstairs! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Barcelona. The location was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere. It comfortably slept our family of seven adults…four bathrooms were perfect! Using an app to lock and unlock the door worked well once we figured it out. We did have an issue with the hot water initially but Hanitat was super responsive and had it fixed that day. Very happy with their response time. We would stay there again! Thanks!

A very nice place in a great location

The listing and pictures are accurate, and the location is very convenient. Groceries are nearby. We walked to literally everywhere in Barcelona. We refrain from giving it the highest possible rating, because the furnishings are not as nice as some of the best apartments we've stayed in - but all-in-all, we were happy with our choice.

Barcelona for Thanksgiving Getaway

Just spent an amazing few days in this Barcelona apartment! After bustling around the city all morning, coming back to this cozy little haven was exactly what we needed. It was the perfect place to recharge before going out to dinner. The location of this apartment is spot on. The metro is near, which made exploring the city super convenient. A cafe was downstairs, restaurants and a gelato shop were close by! We would definitely stay here again if we return to Barcelona!!

Wonderful Barcelona Abode

I stayed at this apartment with two families, including a two-year-old. The location was excellent. Central but not overwhelming. The space comfortably accommodated everyone and was a reprieve after bustling days in Barcelona.The only note concerns the water heat. At times, the water heater would not work and we endured cold showers. We left a voicemail requesting help. However, we were not assisted and my father took it upon himself to successfully fix the problem.

Nice Place for Large Family

We had a family of 7 adults stay here for a week and it was in a great location and we felt very safe. 4 Bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds (3 king beds and one room with 2 twins) and the 4 bathrooms were very nice and clean as well. Very small elevator added to the building so it takes a bit of time to get everyone up and down (esp with luggage) but that's Europe overall due to the age of the buildings. You could walk several flights of stairs as an alternative but not with the luggage. The property manager did answer calls that were made or messages left after hours the next morning. Plenty of coffee and pastry shops and restaurants all within walking distance as well as La Sagrada Familia.

Great Location - Needs some work

We loved many things about the apartment and the location. The rooms were big and there was plenty of storage. The view from the balcony is wonderful with the church right there. There were lots of nice restaurants in the area with mass transit close. The things we found challenging were the check-in process was stressful as we didn't know about the app until the last minute and downloading it was a challenge. The beds were very hard, there was a lack of enough towels including no kitchen linen (dishcloths or dish towels) at all, no real cleaning supplies in the kitchen and only two pods for the dishwasher. There is an area in the hallway tile that is broken and raised and is a hazard we painfully stubbed toes on until we used one of our precious towels on the floor. Be aware there are no niceties in the kitchen for cooking even salt and pepper so you have to buy everything and don't forget garbage bags as they only give one extra. While there were very nice parts of this stay, I would look for a premier host as opposed to something managed by a corporation in the future.

As we travel quite often internationally as a family we always stay in home like accommodations to enjoy our time together. Unfortunately our stay at this property was not up to our expectations. So so apartment…Definitely not brand new as the listing describes. The plumbing fixtures, shower doors, and hot water heater were not operating correctly. The floor tile in the main hallway was broken and loose. Linens and towels are substandard and the attention to detail is lacking. We arrived as scheduled at 330pm for a 3pm check in and the cleaning lady was in the middle of cleaning. We were asked to wait until she was finished. Fourth floor apartment was quite cumbersome with 8 people and luggage in a very small elevator. Quite often the neighbors would leave the elevator door open preventing us from accessing the elevator unless one person walked up every floor to see where the door was not closed. The only positive is location. Communication with this company was very slow and when we reported the issues to them they offered a very small refund…

Great location, great apartment!

My family and I (7 adults, with 3 couples 1 single, aged 45-79) stayed here for 5 nights and loved this apartment. It was perfect for us- 4 good-sized bedrooms plus 4 bathrooms so we could all be out of each others way when needed. The balcony and large open window in the living room made it very pleasant. If traffic noise was too much, closing the window cut down on it quite a bit. Large curtains in the bedrooms that blocked most of the light really helped for sleeping well. We use noise machine at night, no issues for us with outside noise. One room does overlook the street, so that one can be noisier. Location was a very safe neighborhood, close to metro stops as well as walking to many major sights. There was a key code to get into the building as well as electronic lock on the door. One room had a very convenient safe to use. The elevator was small (2 people or one person with large luggage fit comfortably at a time), so just think of that when checking in or out re: will need multiple trips. We loved our stay here, and would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable accomodations. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths makes it very good for couples travelling together. Excellent location.
