Located in a basement, Conde de Peñalver loft is located in the traditional neighborhood of Salamanca, on a well-known and commercial road artery with the same name, this modern two-room apartment offers a cozy accommodation with a strategic location, a perfect choice for holidays or trips work that combines tranquility of an interior home with the vibrant life of downtown Madrid. The loft is located in one of the most traditional and residential areas of the district of Salamanca, a few minutes from El Retiro Park, perfect for lovers of running or those who like to exercise, also the famous Ortega y Gasset street, with its exclusive shops and famous international brands such as Loewe and Channel or some of the best known restaurants in the city. The apartment has excellent public transport connections, the metro station is only a few meters away, as well as bus and taxis.
This cozy recently renovated Loft stands out for its warmth, with a modern design but conserving the historic style, with high ceilings and natural lighting that enters through its large windows located on each side of the house and facing the spacious courtyards. It is located in a beautiful basement that is the continuation of the access floor to the building which is accessed through a large central courtyard, having the advantage of being oriented towards the interior of the building thus avoiding the bustle of this busy street and being cool during the hottest seasons. For those who enjoy the comfort and warmth of home, this Loft offers a cozy living-dining room. This space with large windows and high ceilings enjoys abundant natural light for much of the day, also has a dining table for four people perfect for family dining. Conde de Peñalver Loft has a fully equipped kitchen open to the social area with everything you need to cook during your stay. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet, plus it has access to a nice private patio from which a beautiful natural light enters. The second bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed perfect for a couple or children and a wardrobe. The apartment has a comfortable bathroom with shower that completes the distribution of this beautiful house, excellent option for those who want to explore Madrid and mingle with the inhabitants of this city.
With an area of 75m2 is located in an unusual basement that is an extension of the ground floor, has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The entrance hall leads on the left to the bright social area where the living-dining room has a 3-seater sofa, a side table and an armchair. The dining area has a comfortable table for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.40x2.00 meters), bedside tables, flat TV with satellite service and a large closet. The second bedroom has a double bed (1.40x2.00 meters), a bedside table and cabinets. Between the two rooms is a comfortable bathroom with shower. The floor of the whole house is made of wood, except in the bathrooms, where it is made of ceramic.
This is an excellent choice for those who wish to be in the heart of the city and socialise in a traditional neighbourhood. A perfect apartment to rest and feel as if you were home after a long day of city touring or work.
