The Long Room is really well equipped with underfloor heating throughout, Wifi, Smart TV, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer. It is extremely comfortable luxurious accommodation for one to four people.
Being nestled right in the heart of the village, there are many wonderful walks around the Test Valley with the Test Way on the doorstep. And the River Test a stone’s throw away. Plus with the added bonus of having two popular country pubs, a medieval church, post office and village shop!
It is the most perfect place to stay for sight-seeing, walking, fishing or shooting. Or if you just want to escape to the country and have a break, you have plenty of things to do in the area, or you can simply relax!

Conveniently located for the A303 and A34, it is an easy drive east to London, north to Oxford, south to the coast or west to Devon and Cornwall. It also has an excellent train line to Clapham Junction or London Waterloo (approx. one hour) from Andover or Whitchurch; and south-west to Exeter (approx. two hours).
