A short distance from the house is the famous Calvary, a small mountain which can be accessed by car or on foot. It consists of 365 steps, one for each day of the year. This long staircase runs uphill ascending the Monte del Calvario until reaching the top where there is a beautiful panoramic view of the town and a hermitage with oratory dating from the eighteenth century. On the rise on both sides stylized cypresses, some crosses (the Via Crucis style) and facades of the low houses of the place can be seen.
