balconies: the living room, the master bedroom and the back bedroom.

iconic Sant Antoni Market, in one of the most dynamic and authentic
areas of Barcelona. Perfect for families, friends or medium-length
stays, the flat combines comfort, functionality and an unbeatable

The flat has three bedrooms: one double bedroom, two single bedrooms
and a dressing room, offering a practical and well-distributed space.
It has a full bathroom with shower and a fully equipped separate
kitchen, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying your stay as if you
were at home.
The living room is spacious and bright, equipped with air conditioning,
as are two of the bedrooms, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The
flat has several balconies that provide natural light and ventilation:
the living room and master bedroom have balconies overlooking Manso
Street, while the back bedroom has a balcony overlooking a quiet inner
courtyard, perfect for relaxing.
The location is one of its greatest attractions: just a few steps from
the Sant Antoni Market, surrounded by trendy restaurants, tapas bars,
speciality cafés and local shops. It is also very well connected by
metro and bus, and just a few minutes from Paral·lel, Poble-sec, El
Raval and the historic centre.

-Extra guest:
Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.
-Arrival after hours:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.
- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
