The apartment is located on the 11th floor, which you can reach by elevator. There is an open living room and kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped; you will have everything you need to prepare your meals. There is an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, big fridge, dishwasher, and laundry machine.

In the bedroom, there is a double bed of 150*190 Cm, and a closet to hang your clothes.

In the living room you have a very comfortable sofa and a Smart Tv (just login to Netflix and watch your series, or connect your device for screen sharing), and you have sliding doors opening to the terrace with ocean view.

You will have access to the parking spot in the garage that belongs to the apartment, please inform us when booking the apartment if you would like to make use of the parking spot. This is free of any charge.

In our sunny 1-bedroom apartment in Portimão, you will be 500 meters from the famous Praia da Rocha with a great diversity of local and multicultural restaurants, handicraft shops where you will find the famous beach towel saying "algarve" and also the most popular street in nightlife where you can drink a cocktail at sunset or dance until the sun comes up. You will also be 1 minute walking away from the beach of the 3 Castelos. You will also be less than 1 km from the city center with several shops and services at your disposal.
