Relax with friends and family at this spacious Victorian home with sea views, a stones throw from the popular beaches and entertainment of Bognor Regis. There is a patio garden, perfect for enjoying drinks and a BBQ on a summer evening. Come and explore all the shops, pubs, restaurants and beaches of this popular seaside resort!
The space
This 3 bedroomed Victorian home offer sleeping accommodation for up to 6 guests. Enter through the front door to a well equipped kitchen on the left, and a large and bright sitting room to the right with plenty of space for everyone to relax. To the back of the house is a large dining room which makes an excellent place for evening games with the family. From the dining room there are French doors leading to the patio area with outdoor dining furniture, perfect for an evening drink after a day on the beach. Upstairs is the large Master bedroom with a Super King sized bed and overlooking the front of the house is another large room with a choice of Super King or two single beds. The third bedroom is a smaller room with a single 'trundle' bed which can expand to a king sized bed. Also on the first floor is the family bathroom with a walk in shower and a traditional roll top, freestanding bath.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire home to themselves.
There is parking in the driveway for one car and there is a nearby car park available close to the house.

The house is a very close to the beach and all the attractions of Bognor Regis.

Other things to note
Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them

Supermarkets
The house is closely located to the High Street (only a two minute walk down the neighbouring road).

Local Restaurants
The house is centrally located for many restaurants, but a few to try which are also really close to the house are Mustards Bar and Restaurant on York Road, The Mezze on The Arcade and Bangkok Lounge on Norfolk Street. Try Pinks Parlour for some ice cream.

Local Attractions
The beach is a one minute walk (the other side of the car park) where you can walk along the Promenade in either direction. The Prom is just over 2.7 miles in length and stretches from Felpham to Aldwick. If you head left when you reach the Prom from the house, you will find the small train (allow it to take the strain whilst you enjoy the views!), as well as reaching Butlins (great fun on a day pass), and can follow it all the way to Aldwick. If you head right when you reach the promenade from the house, you will find Bognor Pier, with its amusement arcade and fish and chips. Further along the prom is Marine Park Gardens with crazy golf, as well as West Park. Hotham Park is only a 5 minute walk away from the house, where there is a mini railway, cafe and a boating pond.
