Happy Days is a lovely holiday cottage in the village of Yapton in West Sussex positioned just a few minutes from Chichester, Fontwell and Goodwood and with the historic and beautiful town of Arundel (an absolute must to visit during your stay) just a short distance.

This clean and comfortable house has been thoughtfully prepared for guests offering everything you need to comfortably self-cater for your stay. The kitchen includes kettle, cafetiere, Nepresso Krups coffee machine, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. There is also a filter water tap for drinking water. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and a dryer.

On the ground floor there is a living room with comfy seating and a TV and firestick available to guests to log into their streaming sites. There is also a garden with outdoor seating available.

The house comfortably sleeps 5 people across one king bedroom, one double room, a single bedroom, a shower room en-suite, a family bathroom with shower over bath and a ground floor WC.

Yapton sits at the centre of the famous ‘Six Villages' in West Sussex and has with its own distinct character and ‘olde worlde' appeal.

The Six Villages (Barnham, Eastergate, Westergate, Walberton, Fontwell and Yapton) all benefit from being relatively close to London but also to some excellent local beaches and the South Downs National Park. So if you holiday in Yapton you will find yourself conveniently placed to enjoy the best of the sea, town, village and country life.
