Horizon Luxury Villa is a brand newly built Villa, located within walking distance from the lively village of Platanias and its long, sandy beach, having all kinds of shops within hands reach, making it an ideal holiday destination. Furthermore, Chania town is just 11 km away, so you can easily visit the Old Town and the Venetian harbour.
Layout
The 250 m2 property spreads in 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. The interiors are decorated in a minimal yet cosy style, providing ample space for all guests.
Indoors
Ground Floor
The ground floor opens in an open plan area, including the kitchen. The living area offers a 65 HDTV with Netflix, a comfortable corner sofa and direct access to the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen right next to it is equipped with built-in branded appliances, assorted with a round dining table that seats 6 and also featuring direct outdoor access to the BBQ area and pool. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one of which provides 2 single beds (0,90 X 2,00) that can be joined together to form a 1,80 X 2,00 bed upon request, 43 smart TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The second bedroom features a 1,60 X 2,00 bed and a 40 smart TV. A second bathroom with a shower cabin, as well as a storage room, can also be found on this level.
First Floor
Reaching the upper level guests can find a second living room and second kitchen. The first floor living room offers a PS3, 65 HDTV with Netflix, bluetooth speaker, board games and exits both at the front and rear part of the Villa. The spacious veranda overlooks the pool terrace, is equipped with outdoor furniture and also offers beautiful views of the sea and Thodorou isle in the distance. The kitchen is equally equipped as the one downstairs, also featuring an American-style fridge, an island counter with 3 breakfast stools, second round dining table for 6 and offering access to a small balcony. The remaining two bedrooms of Horizon Luxury Villa can be found here as well, one of them offering a 1,60 X 2,00 bed, 43 smart TV and access to the main veranda. The last bedroom provides 2 single beds (0,90 X 2,00) that can be joined together to form a 1,80 X 2,00 bed upon request and 40 smart TV. All bedrooms have wardrobes, fan coil units for cooling and heating and comfortable mattresses. Finally, two more bathrooms with shower cabins are available on the first floor, one of which also features a washing machine and dryer.
Outdoor area

The exterior of Horizon Luxury Villa covers 400 m2 and offers many facilities including:
- A private, 22 sq.m., heated swimming pool, 1,5 m deep with step access. The pool can be heated upon advance request for the entire stay with an additional daily charge.
- The pool area is equipped with 8 sun beds, 2 umbrellas, side tables and a poolside shower.

- Lawn covered area next to the pool for the kids to play.
- Gas BBQ is available outdoors, so you can prepare your meals.
- An outdoor dining area under a shaded pergola for 8 guests.
- A ping pong table
- Parking space for 2 cars inside the Villa premises.
- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.

Horizon Luxury Villa is located in the seaside town of Platanias, 11 km west of Chania City. The town is on a hillside with fantastic views of the sea and the islet of Thodorou. **Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the "Climate Crisis Resilience Charge," requiring a fee of EUR10 per night from March to October and EUR4 per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.
