🏡 Perfect for families and groups, this spacious house welcomes you with a large living room with integrated kitchen, two double bedrooms 🛏️, one bedroom with bunk beds, and two comfortable bathrooms, one with a shower 🚿 and one with a bathtub 🛁. Outside, a beautiful terrace and a large garden await you for relaxing in the open air 🌿.
The private parking 🚗 makes everything even more convenient. 🚗 Just a helpful note! The entrance to the parking area is a bit narrow (2.35 m wide) 📏, so we recommend keeping that in mind if you're arriving with a larger car 😊.
No worries though… with a little care, you can get in just fine! 🙌

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental contract related to your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND AUTONOMOUS CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without any constraints.
🔑 Check-in & Check-out
• 🕒 Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00 AM): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, there are no food items in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including sheets.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• In case of damage to furniture or fabrics, charges will apply.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Children under 15 years are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will apply.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
