Nestled in the heart of one of the Cotswolds most picturesque villages, Little Mullions near Bourton-on-the-Water is a traditional Cotswold stone cottage sleeping 6+1 guests, in three well-appointed bedrooms, with the +1 option being a single sofa bed for a child up to the age of 12, and a family bathroom. With exposed beams, stone mullion windows and flagstone flooring, Little Mullions is bursting with charm, offering you a quintessential Cotswold stay. On the ground floor there is a stylish sitting room with a lovely Cotswold stone fireplace with a cosy electric flame effect stove, large dining area with seating for six and a well-equipped kitchen which leads onto a well established courtyard garden, complete with outdoor seating and a charcoal barbecue. Little Mullions is a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for two well behaved dogs.

Direct access to the garden, this well-equipped kitchen has an electric range cooker with double oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and a cafetiere
First Floor
Master bedroom (Sleeps 2+1)
Beautifully presented dual aspect room with stone mullion windows, picturesque village views, king size bed (can be two 75cm wide single beds on request), single sofa bed (suitable for a child up to the age of 12, available on request) ornamental Cotswold stone fireplace, freestanding wardrobe with internal chest of drawers, door hooks, wall mirror and a wooden chair

Further steep and narrow stairs with restricted head height lead up from the first floor landing to bedroom 3 in the eaves

Pretty eaves room with striking exposed beams, king size bed, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, door hooks, wooden chair and a mirror

Surrounded by a colourful flowers with fragrant scents, the enclosed paved courtyard garden is home to an outdoor table with parasol and seating for six, plus a charcoal barbecue. Two old butler sinks now house herb gardens which guests are welcome to make use of, and within the outhouse there is a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

The maximum occupancy for this property is 7Â guests, though the number of adults per booking is capped at 6. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1Â additional infant (aged 2 or under)
Bed linen and towels are provided (duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic)
Allocated off-street parking is available for 1 car, and if required, further on-street parking is available close by
1 travel cot, 1 highchair and 2 stair gates are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)
