Atemberaubende Wohnung am Meer mit 3 Schlafzimmern / 2 Bädern. Fast 1.100 Quadratmeter wurden geschmackvoll renoviert und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet.

Dachgeschoss am südlichsten Ende von Kona Bali Kai mit Blick auf Banyans Surfspot. Glasschieber vom Boden bis zur Decke mit Blick auf den Pazifischen Ozean begrüßen Sie, wenn Sie dieses Gerät betreten. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Wohn- / Essbereich und eine geräumige Veranda, auf der Sie im Freien speisen und den Ozean genießen können. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer haben Kingsize-Betten und Flachbildfernseher. Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Meerseite der Einheit mit Zugang zur Veranda, viel Stauraum und einer begehbaren Dusche. Klimaanlage ist nur im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer verfügbar.

Beautiful ocean views!

Overall, a nice place to stay if you want ocean front views but are not overly concerned about beach access. Building has a small but rocky beach area....great for relaxing on the beach but not conducive for swimming. Most days we drove 30 minutes north to more sandy beaches. The unit had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for our beach days. Condo had construction going on during our stay but property manager was responsive to our concerns about noise. Unit is on 4th floor far from the elevator but close to stairs....if mobility is an issue this might be of concern but was not for us.

A little piece of heaven

We had a beautiful view of the ocean and the little beach down below. This property has everything I could think of that someone would need for a stay. Beach towels, chairs, first aid kit, plenty of kichen supplies and bathroom supplies. The beds we're very comfortable. Parking was great. We never a had a problem with finding a spot. Every bedroom had its own climate control. The location was fantastic for us. The property was clean and neat.The only down side was a homeless person who came on to the beach below us and yelled for an hour till he passed out. That could have happened anywhere. Overall I would say we had a five star say.

Wonderful Location

The photos of this property look just like the real thing. The balcony literally sits above the beach so when you are sitting down, you only see the surf. When you stand up and look straight diwn, there is a sandy beach to lay on if you want to. The only issue we had was that the silverware drawer sticks and if you pull it out too far, it will come all the way out. A very minor problem. The place is wonderful and we would stay there again if we return to Kona.

The location was perfect. The condo was well stocked and had great extras like beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. Absolutely loved sitting on the balcony and having the best view. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful ocean front condo!

We’ve stayed in this building previously, but this condo on the top floor with 3 bedrooms gave us a bit more extra space. Beds and other furniture were all very comfortable. This location can’t be beat! We love watching the surfers from the lanai and this end unit was closest to the small sandy beach area.

Family vacation in paradise

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. The view from lanai is stunning! The best part of the day was sitting on the balcony in the morning, with our coffee, looking out at the ocean and watching the surfers. The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. My only suggestion is to provide 2 luggage racks per bedroom. As it is, we had to put our luggage on floor. Thank you for sharing your amazing property. I would definitely recommend to all.

Perfect Accommodations for Anniversary trip!

My F-I-L gave me a list of what he wanted for a 50th wedding anniversary for him and my M-I-L and my wife and my 25th. He didn't care where in Hawaii, but he wanted to be as close to the ocean as possible. From the moment we walked in the door until after we got back home, he kept saying how amazing it was that I got them everything they wanted on his list on this condo. Everyday we got to watch some very good surfing while listening to the waves crash. Everything is kept in great shape and the owner has done a great job maintaining and decorating the unit. Plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed. There was a closet with a bunch of stuff for the beach. We had brought along a beach tent and a couple of chairs and never had to go and rent or buy anything else. I highly recommend this unit. Close to everything along the strip while being far enough away to remain fairly quite.

Comfortable and well-appointed condo with amazing ocean views.

Enjoy the beach and ocean views by day and fall asleep to the sounds of the Pacific waves at night. This is the perfect vacation rental for three singles or even three couples. Located right on the beach and convenient to everything Kona has to offer. Very clean and well appointed. Great location from the management company and concierge. Highly recommend using the free concierge service to plan and book activities.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this condo and would definitely stay again. The location is convenient and the ocean views from the condo are spectacular. It was very clean on the inside and had everything we needed. The outside of the condo building is a little older than I expected, but the inside was nicely updated. I had one question for the property manager and they were quick to respond. I had read about a lot of noise in other reviews, but this was not the case for us unless you count the sound of the ocean!

Pure enchantment

Sitting on the balcony, you can watch the surfers and, we'll also say, a few whales. It was central to most everything by car, but it was nice to take the trolley into town for a relaxing time. If you want a true Hawaii vacation, this place is worth the expense. The location is just perfect, and I hope to make it back again one day. Bob

Holiday stay

Our family spent Christmas and new years at 401. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is everything the pictures show. Some of our issues were lack of AC, and it seemed it hadn’t been working for a while. Because of that, we had to leave windows open and Ali’i drive can be really loud at night. It’s also a big surfer beach which is really cool, unless you’re trying to sleep and you hear all their conversations. I think next time we wouldn’t pick a place as close to the road, maybe more insulated. However the condo was great, it got our family well, and there was no false advertising.

Wonderful

The pictures of the facility are very accurate. The view of the surfers were something we sat and watch each day. It was amazing. My grandchildren went down the stairs and there was a small sandy beach right below us that they practiced snorkeling. It was very well equipped and even the two front rooms had little white noise machine to help everyone sleep. Would highly recommend this unit. Thanks for a great experience

great stay near Kona

Very nice stay. We had a wonderful time. Accommodation was as expected. lovely location and well stocked condo. People should know that the most convenient way to enter condo requires 4 flights of stairs. A minor critique is that the paperwork required to complete the reservation is time consuming and extensive. Not the norm for this type of reservation. perhaps this could be improved.

Family Time in Paradise

The condo was well furnished, very comfortable and most of all, perfectly located with a beautiful view to enjoy nearby beaches (including the small one at the bottom of the stairs) and drives to Volcanoes NP and the visitor center at Mauna Kea Observatory. The barbecues worked easily plus the cook gets a fabulous Hawaiian sunset if you time it fight. We all thoroughly enjoyed our Kona family vacation

Fantastic Location

Just as described in the listing - right on the water, and a small convenient beach if you don't have the time to drive to a beach. Very comfortable unit and very nicely renovated. We were 5 adults, and there was plenty of space. It was great just sitting out on the lanai, listening to the ocean and enjoying the view.

The property location is awesome! Condo 401 is great. Its clean with updated style, nice artwork, fully appointed kitchen, beach items, comfortable beds, and million dollar views from the lanai! One small thing. It's probably time to replace the toaster.

Great condo and excellent location

This condo is well appointed and comfortable. Even with 6 of us staying there we never felt like we were on top of each other. The view of the ocean is fantastic and I’ve never slept better listening to the waves at night. Location is very convenient and minutes away from some great places to eat. We will be staying here again for sure.
