The perfect base for discovering London!
A beautifully bright and spacious duplex apartment in the heart of Notting Hill. This charming period property is beautifully presented throughout and benefits from two large bedrooms (one en -suite) separate kitchen and a wonderful living room which looks directly onto a sun-trap flat roof.

The flat is perfectly located for the fine array of local bars, gastro pubs, eateries & boutiques that are synonymous with Notting Hill.

Please note the flat entrance is on the 2nd floor (no elevator)
Bedrooms are on the 3rd floor
Living room and patio 4th floor

Regular check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm.
Regular checkout time is up to 11am on the check out day.
If you wish to check-in earlier between 12noon and 3pm please let us know as it might be possible depending on the previous guest’s checking out.

Sole's property was excellent and very convenient to the Royal Oak Tube station, a mere two stops from Paddington - which is key if you're going to/from LHR on the Heathrow Express. Location is also excellent for Portabello and generally any and all of Notting Hill, Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. Local pub the Prince Bonaparte was a favorite of ours with great food, cider and ales. Sole is extremely responsive to any and all questions and very helpful.

The Flat was located in a great spot, the climb up stairs with our luggage was a challenge, anyone with heavy luggage (50lbs) could be a challenge, thankfully we are in good shape, the front bedroom is a little loud at night and there is no air conditioning, however the flat is very charming and comfortable.

We stayed at this flat for 10 days. Very conveniently located to shops,Bus (right outside door) and metro stops. Loved all the restaurants nearby, super close to Portabello Road and Nottinghill. Kitchen had everything we needed. Having 2.5 bathrooms was a luxury. Will stay again!

First time London visitor and Notting Hill is THE place to stay. Easily walkable pubs, restaurants, and shopping right there. The Portobello Market is right down the road from this flat. It’s very unique, fun and was a highlight of our stay in London. The flat is very comfortable with lots of space, very charming, and beautifully decorated. It can get a bit warm in the summer but opening the windows keeps it cool and, in fairness, there was peak summer heat during our visit. We had a blast. I recommend it for your London stay. Feel like a local in Notting Hill.

Stayed here for 3 nights with a family of 4. Convenient location with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Easy walk to multiple Underground Tube stations. The property is an easy 8-10 minute Black Cab ride from the Paddington Station. (From LHR, take the Heathrow Express)No elevator (lift), so not recommended if you have trouble climbing stairs. Stairs are also a bit steep/narrow, so be careful, especially going downstairs (daughter almost slipped). The upstairs patio was a nice place to unwind in the evening. Kitchen seemed well appointed, although we didn't cook. No air conditioning, so it did get hot, but felt safe/comfortable keeping the windows open at night. Overall, a nice short stay.

A wonderful flat with all amenities, so clean and inviting. It was easy to check in with keys in a lockbox. It would not be too accessible for some people since it is a bit of a climb to the top 2 floors with lots of luggage or if you have bad knees…. but worth it when you get there! It is well located with a family oriented pub on the corner, bus stops out front that will get you anywhere with the app on your phone. It’s a 10 minute walk to Portobello shops and restaurants and so many great places to eat. We walked to Kensington Place and the gardens, had tea at Candella on Kensington Church St - much less expensive than the big name expensive places. I can highly recommend this flat and thank Sole for her hospitality.

I'm a Londoner at heart and have a love for travel and a high expectancy when it comes to quality accommodation. I've always felt that as a host one should always offer the best! I also speak Italian, Spanish and French and of course English! So don't hesitate in getting in touch, I'm always ready to help!

I currently manage a number of properties that have been trusted to me from friends and family. I personally make sure that the apartments are always properly taken care off and are professionally cleaned prior to the guest’s arrival. Linen, toiletries, towels and a few welcome essentials are there on arrival to ensure guests are made to feel at home.

I also make sure guests are met upon arrival and are shown around the apartment and given all relevant local tips on places to shop, go out, transport links, etc. so as to make sure guests get to experience the space and area as a real local would. Please note that I am also always available and contactable during the guest's stay if any help is needed. I'm always around to help!
