Filios Villa - 3 bedroom holiday home

Welcome to Filios Villa, a summer house with homey style and ambient where you will spend relaxed, comfortable and carefree summer vacations with family and loved ones. Ιi is a spacious house that can accommodate up to 8 guests with fully equipped rooms and a large garden, ideal for families with children.

Filios Villa features 3 homey style bedrooms; two of them with 1 queen bed each and one more with 2 single beds. There is also a sofa-double bed in the living room, so in total, villa can accommodate comfortably up to 8 guests.

All bedrooms feature air conditioning for utter comfort during hot summer days. There are also 2 modern bathrooms, one with a shower and one with bath tub, a spacious, furnished dinning area and 2 cozy living rooms. You can prepare delicious family meals in the modern, fully equipped kitchen and enjoy them both in the interior dinning room or at the outdoor dinning area, or even at the furnished verandas.

Filios Villa is surrounded by large garden of lush mediterranean vegetation, a perfect environment for families with children.

The Climate Resilience Tax of 15 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.

Extra services such as boat trips, car/motorbike rentals, boat rentals, excursions, taxi & transfer arrangements, are provided upon request and with extra charge.

Filios Villa's kind owners live in a small apartment at the basement, totally separated from the main house, kindly and discreetly offering their services whenever required.
