A striking structure on Kipseli area, this luxury self-catering hideaway, is a nod to the modern Ionian summerhouse. With an outdoor heated 40sqm pool, this is a spectacular 200m2 villa, that can host up to 8 guests to unwind. This captivating home is embellished with a private 40m2 heated swimming pool, lounge area and outdoor playground to keep children entertained. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) at the outdoor dinning area, under sunset skies. An outdoor playground, designed with children entertainment in mind is available for our younger guests. A table tennis awaits you, for long friendly games during your stay.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. Lounge at the iconic living room and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. Set up a movie marathon in the living room on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary wonders with direct access to the pool area and to an indoor dinning spot. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms (all on the ground floor), two with en-suite bathrooms & one shared bathroom allowing plenty of space & comfort for all. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds, and two more guests can sleep in a double sofa bed at the living room.

There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for two cars. Pool Heating Policy
The pool can be heated during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees • 4 days in advance - prior notice is required, before arrival, for the pool to reach 28 °C, depending on the outdoor temperature • The cost is 40€ per day • Prior notice is required.
