This 2 bedroom bright apartment is ideal for being right by the famous Hyde Park and Oxford Street for shopping. The living room boasts a great 20 year old tree which is a big part of this home's personality. The whole flat has plenty of plants around to give it a green, happy vibe.
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

The apartment is centrally located in Bayswater, a quiet neighbourhood between Notting Hill, Paddington and Hyde Park. For shopping and eating conveniently head down two minutes to Queensway where you will find many shops, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. Westbourne Grove is also a great area to enjoy restaurants, cafes and pubs. Only five minutes away from Bayswater underground station, and 10 minutes away from Queensway and Paddington stations the apartment is ideally located to explore London. From Heathrow Airport, Heathrow Express will take you to Paddington in 15 minutes. Sights such as Portobello Road, Electric Cinema, Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, or Little Venice are all just a stroll away and if you feel like a slightly longer walk through Hyde Park, you can get to Harrods, Oxford Street or Buckingham Palace by foot in 30-40 minutes.
The property is well situated to get you around London. By train Bayswater (Circle/District Lines), Queensway (Central Line), Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate can get you into and around London. Otherwise, several bus stops near the property can navigate you around London and the City. Uber and taxis are also readily available in London.
This quaint home is on the seventh floor with access via an elevator. There is just the one step to get into the flat once once on the seventh floor. It is in an ex council building.
Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
