The villa is equipped with the latest amenities, including air conditioning, internet, heating, a crib, an ironing board and iron, a hair dryer, a TV, and a kitchen with an electric kettle, electric oven, coffee maker, and microwave.
In the garden, in addition to the pool with a sun deck and gazebo, there is a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and parking. Pets are allowed.

The large estate at Villa Donna Sofia features spacious outdoor areas where you can spend days of complete relaxation by the pool and in the cool shade of the gazebo, which serves as an outdoor living room.
A beautiful terrace with a gazebo is furnished with a large dining table and a barbecue area for hosting barbecues at sunset.
The villa is spread over two levels.
A bright and spacious living room with majestic exposed-stone star-vaulted ceilings welcomes you inside the villa, featuring an elegant and refined living area and dining room.
Adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen, which is well-equipped.
The sleeping area on the upper floor consists of 5 double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms featuring showers.
On the lower level, there are 2 brand-new bedrooms—one double and one triple—each with an en suite shower room and private access.
In addition, by the pool, there is a small laundry room equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, and a small refrigerator, complete with an outdoor bathroom featuring a sink and toilet.

Villa Donna Sofia is a large, prestigious country estate just outside the center of Alezio, a small town with a long history, where you can find all the main amenities, a historic winery, top-notch restaurants like Le Macare, and cultural attractions such as the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Lizza.
Gallipoli, with its lively historic center, nightlife, and the beautiful beaches of Baia Verde and Rivabella, is just a few minutes’ drive away.
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 15 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- There is an external bathroom with sink and toilet.
