The newly refurbished apartment consists of a king size bedroom with en suite shower room, a double bedroom, and a good sized twin bedroom. Each bedroom is beautifully dressed with luxury linen and towels for the highest comfort and relaxation.

The main family bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and wash basin.

Hosting open plan living, the well equipped kitchen-diner is situated next to the light and airy living area with Smart TV and huge windows overlooking the town centre and fells beyond.

There is a utility / drying room next to the main entrance and plenty of space for boots and coats after a day out on the fells.

There is private allocated parking for two cars. Secure bike storage is available on request.

Lovely stay in central Keswick

We stayed at Park View for a 5 night break in April. We loved the the location of the property which gave us immediate access to Hope Park and was only a short walk to Friarā€™s Cragg and the launch. The property is well decorated and facilities were excellent - loved having a washer dryer to clean up our walking gear! Kitchen utensils and appliances were in great condition which enabled us to cook a few nights which we like to do. Only issue we encountered were the noisy bin men twice a week, anrriving around 6am! Apart from that we slept well, enjoyed the property and had a lovely time. Would definitely consider staying again.

Excellent Apartment in a Great Location

We or our family have used this apartment on several occasions and everytime we have been delighted with the location, facilities, cleanliness and the little touches that make you feel welcome on arrival. Keswick Cottages always achieve the highest standards in all their properties that we have used. This one is suitable for family groups with good sized bedrooms and excellent showers, en-suite etc. Its location is perfect for access to central Keswick and down to the Lake and having two allocated private car parking spaces avoids all the hassle and cost of parking in the heart of the town. Strongly recommended!

We had a lovely week staying at Park View Apartment. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, smart tv in each room, and very comfortable. Couldnā€™t get a better location.

We had a lovely and cozy time

We were all in all very happy with the flat. It is very cozy and mostly well taken care off. It is located right between the center and the lake, but was not noisy at all. Unfortunately, the oven was not working in the beginning, but someone came to fix it right away, when we informed about it. The kitchen has everything one needs. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that we were provided with only one set of keys.

Wonderful Apartment

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It is extremely well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The team at Keswick Cottages were brilliant and we are already looking forward to another visit to Keswick!

Great place and location in Keswick

This was a very nice unit in the heart of Keswick. A short lovely walk through the park to the lake or to the market area. Keswick Cottages was very helpful and easy to work with leading up to our trip. Would gladly stay here or at another of their units again in the future.

Another perfect stay at Park View

As a regular guest at Park View I have nothing but good things to say. The apartment has a fresh and modern vibe and is well maintained. Great location with the bonus of parking. Keswick has a lot to offer, some great places to eat and drink and on the doorstep of enough peaks and walks. Looking forward to my next visit, which is already booked.

Perfect location in Keswick

We had a lovely weekend at Park View which was perfect for our needs. We have stayed in Keswick many times but this was the best location we have found and having 2 parking spaces was ideal for us. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed being close to Hope Park and the lake. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed a game of Scrabble in the evening. We would definitely come again.

A Family Holiday at Park View

An excellent property for a multi generational holiday. Spacious, well- equipped and clean. Perfect position for access to town and lake and for wider exploration of Lake District. Very good location for walks of various levels. Parking for 2 vehicles a real bonus. Any problems dealt with speedily by Keswick Cottages. Would highly recommend this property and definitely rebook.

Highly recommended

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Great to have reserved parking for two cars. Well furnished and dƩcor in good condition. Nice kitchen/dining area and lounge. Handy cupboard for coats and shoes plus a separate utility room. Great location in the centre of Keswick surrounded by pubs, bars, restaurants, shops and close to the cinema, Hope Park and the lake. We slept very well on the firm mattress of the master bedroom. The other couple in one of the front bedrooms were a little disturbed by the music from the bar opposite, which is a lovely little bar by the way. I definitely recommend this apartment and would us it again if there are four to six of us staying.

Park View Apartment

This is an excellent apartment from which to explore Keswick and the nearby beautiful countryside. We found the whole apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware and saucepans. The beds were made up with quality white bedding and there were white towels provided for the bathrooms. There were tv's in the lounge and in the three bedrooms so plenty of choice for a family. Only one negative in that the hot water in the en-suite shower was not constant.

Holiday break

Had a great time in keswick, the apartment is in fantastic position for town centre aswell as walk to the lake . It is spotlessly clean and comfortable, I would definitely recommend The management company (Keswick cottages) were brilliant with a problem that arose in the flat They were quick to respond and kept us informed all the way Would definitely recommend this company, there customer service is second to none .

Perfect location

We had a lovely week stay at Park View, location superb and 2 parking spaces which were excellent for our family. We would have liked to have known about the storage huts outside to store my Mothers mobility scooter, however no information was provided for access. We could not find the bin to dispose of the rubbish and welcome and information pack was lacking as this has been replaced with a tablet. All in all a successful visit and no additional issues with the accommodation. Many thanks

Very clean quality accommodation

Stayed here with my family last week and loved the accommodation which is a two minute walk to the Town centre and a five minute walk to Derwentwater. Really clean and well equipped and a bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch.Parking is great with two spaces and communication from Keswick Cottages is professional and friendly especially Jessica. The only slight downside is the poor water pressure so we couldn't use any taps or the toilet while we having a shower as it affected the temperature drastically from freezing cold to extremely hot.Beds are on the hard side but there are mattress toppers which we used and they did make a difference. We would return in a heartbeat 9/10. Would be 10/10 with better water pressure.

Family holiday

We travelled with our son and his girlfriend and my mother (80) and her partner (86). We were slightly worried about the stairs up to the first floor property but they were fine. The accommodation was very spacious and in a great location. Having two car park spaces was a plus. Everything was spotlessly clean with very comfortable furniture and beds. The TVā€™s in the bedrooms were great, given we were three couples, it was handy when people wanted to watch different things. The only negative was the shower in the family bathroom which had very low pressure and the temperature changed from hot to cold randomly. Overall this accommodation was excellent and we would recommend it and use it again. Thank you for the Prosecco on arrival, a nice touch!

Comfortable and Clean in Ideal location

This flat is in the perfect location to explore Keswick and the surrounding area. You can leave the car, in the assigned free space you get with the flat, in the centre of Keswick, and walk into the town, Booths and the lake so easily. Despite being so central it was peaceful, tucked in the corner end of a side street. We loved it. And the flat was so comfortable and clean. Great beds and sofas and everything you need in the kitchen. We had a 80+ grandparent staying with our family and it was ideal for him too. So works for mixed ages. We would definitely recommend to family and friends and would use again if we return to Keswick. Also to note is that Keswick is a gem, such a lovely market town, with great shops and places to eat. And only 20 mins in the car to go up Scarfell Pike.

Excellent accommodation in a very good location

The accommodation was in immaculate condition and was very well equipped to provide an excellent central Keswick short break location. We have used Keswick Cottages to provide accommodation on many occasions and as usual their service and the apartment were of the very highest standard. This time our group was two couples and our grand-daughter. The layout of the apartment enabled us to have private space with the three bedrooms and two bathrooms being excellent in preventing our occupation feeling crowded. Facilities were very good and the furniture comfortable. The availability of two free private parking spaces on the property in central Keswick was an absolute joy making coming and going over the break exceptionally easy. The only draw back to the property is the access being up a set of stairs at the rear of the building. This may not be suitable for anyone who has mobility difficulties, you do need to be able to climb a flight of stairs up to the first floor location.

Great location

Fantastic location , great layout , great decor apart from the strange fox teddies doing the splits over the door frames!!! It was our 25th wedding anniversary so we splashed the cash on this one. For the price of the 2 nights we stayed we expected the shower and fridge to be amazing but sadly they let the apartment down. The fridge was making some strange noise the whole time and it was barely keeping things cool, the shower looked amazing but in reality it was poor water pressure,. The other bathroom smelled excessively of chip fat due the restaurant downstairs and the window being broke (jammed slightly open) Overall it was an amazing place , just them niggles ironed out and it would have been perfect
