In fact, in our more than 20 years renting houses we are lucky enough to say that everyone tells us amazing things about their holidays. Mainly because, as you said, we try to be always kind and treat everyone as they were our family. You are more than free to express anything that you do not like. But in this particular case I need to be clear, one more time. Both in our advertisement and in the photos it is perfectly explained that each house is independent, that it has its own swimming pool and terrace. And that they only share the washing room, a small road where people from the other houses can pass to park their car or enter the rural road for a walk. We also try to explain you during your holidays. And we find it very strange because no one has ever complained about it. In fact, we are aware that the family staying in the other house are extraordinary people that do not spy or disturb anyone as you are accusing. It's a pity you forgot to mention that you got free floor tiles for your house that we gave you as a present. We love to learn from every customer experience but when what you are saying is not quite true, you can not imagine what damage you can do to a small company like ours.
