Located in the Marinella area, a famous panoramic terrace overlooking the sea this small apartment is very close to the sea, but also to the city center and the station which are less than 10 minutes walk away.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small family condominium, surrounded by nature and tranquility, but still within walking distance of several bars and restaurants.



APARTMENT DETAILS:

Orange Dreams is a large apartment consisting of separate entrance hall, bedroom, in which we find a double bed and a single bed. Separate large kitchen equipped with refrigerator, electric oven and microwave, toaster, kettle, gas stove and everything you need for cooking. Bathroom with large shower, bidet, toilet and hair dryer and washing machine. There is also a single ottoman in the large bedroom that can be moved to the living room.

The kitchen overlooks a small outdoor garden and has a large balcony with outdoor table and wrought-iron chairs.



GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have exclusive access and use of the entire apartment.

There is the possibility of parking inside the facility.



CHECK IN INFO:

CHECK IN: 2 pm to 7:30 pm

CHECK OUT: by 11:00 am

Please note that check-in after 8 pm has an additional charge of €30.

All guests must provide identification upon arrival.

Resort tax is €2.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights, payable in cash upon arrival.



OTHER DETAILS:

Smoking is forbidden inside, it is only allowed outside.

It is forbidden to occupy the condominium spaces and disturb the neighbors.
