- a large living room and dining room of 61 m² with TV, wood stove and a large living room which opens directly onto the garden. It is decorated in the theme of horses and cows which reflects the omnipresent nature in our region. And you have at your disposal a large bar
- a kitchen with oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and everything you need to cook, as well as a washing machine. The kitchen is in trendy black and white tones.
- a WC with washbasin with a white and black cement tile theme.

on the 1st floor:
- a landing with 2 small offices which will allow you to put your computer
- the "Ecume" bedroom with a 180x190 double bed, a desk area and its bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. It is gently decorated with canvases by painters in the theme of the sea and the family.
- the "Safari" bedroom with a 180x190 double bed and its bathroom equipped with a shower, WC and lab. It is smaller but brighter decorated in shades of red with a zebra theme.
- the "Flamant Rose" bedroom with a separable twin bed each 90x190, a single bed 90x190, a desk area and its bathroom equipped with a shower, WC and lab. this one is in shades of blue with a pink decoration to invite you to calm rest and a moment of relaxation.
a 200m² private garden with garden furniture, table, deck chairs and barbecue.

A private car park with 3 spaces at the entrance to the estate.
