Studio first floor apartment. Situated in the lower part of Calahonda amidst tranquil settings yet within 10 minutes walk of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and all facilities. Los Rosales studio is the ideal holiday property for couples or singles. Situation in a small, quiet development with a pool open all year round from dawn to dusk.



This studio has a lovely west facing sunny private terrace - perfect for eating “al fresco” or just simply to enjoy a drink watching the sun go down.



There are 2 single beds and an armchair that folds down into a 3rd single if needed.



Wi-Fi and smart TV are provided.



The apartment has A/C & Heating in the main area.



As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property.



The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.



In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.



Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings.



Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).

A €50 booking fee is payable on each booking.



Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €20 for a 1 bedroom property, €40 for a 2 bedroom property and €60 for a 3 bedroom property.





Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.



THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW DOGS- Please be aware that there will be an extra €20.00 added at point of booking.

IMPORTANT- there will also be an additional €200 added to the existing damage deposit. This will be taken automatically with your final balance payment, 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. The €200 damage deposit for the dog, plus the existing damage deposit cost, will be returned to you within 14 days of your check out date. Subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
