This modern apartment consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and has a maximum capacity for 6 guests (4 adults + 2 children). It is located in the lovely and peaceful area of Llenaire, just a short walk away from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa. Once you have walked into the apartment, you will find the living/dining room, which stands out for it's contemporary style and decoration. Connected to this area, you will find a full equiped american kitchen, with everything that you need for a self catering holiday. One of the bedrooms, has a double bed, while in the other 2 bedrooms, there are single beds with a pull out section that can be made into a double bed. The balcony in the apartment is ideal, to enjoy an early breakfast or a nice evening drink, with views to the communal pool and the stunning Mallorca mountains. You will have access to this communal pool during the whole of your stay, where you can enjoy a relaxing time with family or friends.

Included in the price : all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels; no pool/beach towels

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
