Situated between Pollensa, Alcudia and Port de Pollensa gives you very easy access (10/15 minutes by car ) to all three resorts and the fantastic sandy beaches on the east coast. The house is set in lovely mature gardens with great views across the countryside and to the Serra de Tramuntana mountains behind Pollensa. Inside, the two bedrooms are on the first floor, one double and one twin along with a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and a further bathroom (shower, w/c) can be found in an exterior annexe. The living accommodation on the ground floor comprises an open plan rustic style kitchen with modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, etc and a dining area. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a sofa/armchairs, a wood-burning stove and a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Free Internet Wi-Fi is also available. Outside, there is a furnished covered terrace, a barbecue and an inviting private swimming pool with a good-sized lawn that surrounds it.
