Located on the ninth floor of a residential building with elevator access, the apartment is part of the historic former FIAT factory, known for its iconic rooftop car test track.

Furnished in a minimalist style, the apartment offers a range of modern amenities. The entrance leads into a spacious living area featuring an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave, along with a dining table, comfortable sofa, and TV.

The sleeping area includes a bedroom with balcony access, a queen-size bed, and a large wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower completes the space.
