Villa Mia is located in the village of Capezzano Pianore, in the province of Lucca, only 5 km from Lido di Camaiore. The property is spread over two levels (ground floor and 1st floor), while the owner lives in the basement and he is always available in case of need.
Once crossed the entrance gate (which is shared with the owner), guests can enjoy a lovely, private garden with lawn. The garden is fenced and well separated from the garden belonging to the owner.
On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious covered terrace while at the back you will find a laundry room.
At guests' disposal also 2 reserved parking spaces, situated just in front of the entrance gate.

Internal Description

Recently renovated, Villa Mia is set on 2 levels (ground floor and 1st floor). It can accommodate up to 6 people, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor:You are welcomed by a bright open-space living area, furnished in a modern style with: a corner sofa, armchair, tv, dining table for 8 people, and kitchen with island. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. From the living area guests have direct access to a covered terrace with a splendid view of the surrounding hills.
Also on the ground floor there is a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

First floor: The upper floor houses the sleeping area divided as follows: one double, one with a French bed, and one single (with balcony). Following is a bathroom with bathtub, and at the end of the corridor you will find another balcony.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house and garden maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (350.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 700.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (150,00€) is also requested at check-in (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
