The elegant interior is furnished to a good standard with local pine furnishings and fittings making it a comfortable holiday home for 8 guests. Upon entering is a large entrance hall/dining room area with an inner archway leading into the lounge with a wood-burner, satellite TV, DVD player and French doors opening to the pool-side terrace and gardens. The well-equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven/gas hob, fridge/freezer, breakfast table and a washing machine is housed in the utility room. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bath/shower room and one pretty twin bedroom has an adjacent full bath/shower room. Stairs lead up from the hall to one double bedroom and one twin bedroom sharing one family full bath/shower room. All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating (on a timer - in line with local energy saving initiatives). Outside, the large swimming pool is at the rear of the house, surrounded by furnished sun terraces, lawns and well-kept gardens. A special feature of the house is the separate conservatory/outdoor kitchen with washing facilities, a cooker and a brick-built barbecue whilst the adjacent covered terrace is perfect for al-fresco meals.
