Small improvements would go a long way

The location of the villa was excellent, although there was no welcome pack, there was some basics in the cupboard and also liquid for washing clothes, this is worth more than the welcome pack. Plenty of towels for everyone. I think a chair in each of the rooms would be good plus some hooks for hanging jackets etc

Family Stay - Summer 2023 (review is done in bullet pts due to word limit)

Summary – good villa, great location. Walking distance from Pollensa town, well equipped and clean. We would stay here again. The only ‘criticisms’ should be relatively easily resolved by the agency. No welcome pack is a real shame – nothing to tell you how to access the Wi-Fi (scan the QR on the side of the router under the TV), take your own bin bags to the bins along the road towards town, the washing machine is in a utility room outside which needs to be unlocked with one of the keys. All of this info & more could have been provided. The emails we received from the booking agency instructed us to let them know when we arrived so they could arrange a welcome meeting – we sent a text message and an email, neither of which were responded to. I emailed the day before we arrived to check the code for the key safe (which the agency had sent to me at time of booking but I wanted to make sure it hadn’t changed). I got no response to this email either. The code worked fine and there was no problem so it didn’t matter but a short response would have been appreciated. The property is advertised (in photos) as having a bath – there is no bath, there is now a shower. This didn’t matter at all to us, but it might matter to some people. Main gate only seemed to unlock/lock from the outside & handle needed wiggling occasionally to make it work but this really was a minor issue. Overall rooms are clean & well set out. Towels were provided. Kitchen well equipped. aircon worked

Wunderschön und erholsam

Es war wirklich sehr schön. Die Lage zum Strand und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten war wirklich nah. Meine Kinder hatten Mega Spaß im Pool und wir vermissen die Katze dort wirklich. Hätten die gerne mitgenommen Preislich nur etwas zu hoch angesetzt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt. Gerade mit Kindern eignet sich diese Unterkunft sehr. Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch um die wunderschöne Stadt Pollenca wiederzusehen. Der Pool muss etwas besser eingestellt werden.

La maison est très bien située, très bien équipée. L'espace exterieur est très joli. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le village est accessible à pied et Pollença est un très bon point de départ pour visiter la région.

Peaceful and spacious villa walking distance to Pollensa old town

Beautiful and peaceful location for this comfortable and spacious villa. Lovely pool and gardens. Aircon worked very well, as did the wifi. It took us a while to find the washing machine & tumble dryer as they were tucked away in the boiler room accessed from the outside. Overall the villa was well maintained, and Bebreeze were very responsive when the key box code did not work upon our arrival. We really enjoyed our stay and we would book this villa again. The master bed was a little uncomfortable - the mattresses in the smaller rooms were better. Some of the fixtures needed repair (chest of drawer handle, towel rail in bathroom) and hooks on the back of doors would have been useful, but these were minor issues.

House with pool in walking distance from Pollenca center

Great pool. Good aircon in bed rooms. Get the access code to the key box right. Inform access code to wifi at arrival. Wifi very slow, only 0,5-4 Mb/sec. Chairs in dining room needs to be fixed.

Mixed Stay

Location and setting of villa Spacious villa Service when we needed help getting things sorted Villa felt cold and damp - an extractor fan in the bathroom would help. We were expecting a bath so photos of villa need updating The place was bare! No salt or pepper or olive oil to cook with which would be a nice touch for future guests. We asked for travel cot which was not setup but was quickly sorted when we called. We didnt sleep well as there was loud banging and clanging noises which we think was the hot water tank so this may need looking into
