Come and stay in our delightful hillside hideaway, a comfortable retreat nestled on the hillside in the magical Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire. Access via the stunning Tan House Newland.

This listing is for a 3 bed exclusive one level property with 2 bathrooms. There is also the option of a sofa bed in the living room. Plus, by request, our fabulous Showman wagon with ensuite bathroom and its own kitchen.
You can also have full use of our wood fired hot tub, pizza oven, Ceramic Egg BBQ and Fire bowl (£160 per stay) as well as plenty of outdoor seating and sunbeds.

We may be able to offer flexibility on check in and check out times. Please feel free to enquire.

- Pets by request (extra charge)
- Please keep them on a lead outside as many areas are unfenced as there farm animals near by.
- Please note there is an unfenced pond in the garden and unfenced springs and brooks on the land. For this reason, please be very careful.
- We advise arriving by car and have plenty of parking.

The Forest of Dean has some fantastic sightseeing opportunities and we’d be happy to recommend our favourites. We live on the edge of Newland village and kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbours on arriving and leaving. For this reason, we also request no acoustic music or loud noise outdoors.
