Charilaos Spiti has a well maintained spacious front yard with lots of flowers and a well. A particularly prominent part of the house is the external stone staircase of the house that leads to the first floor. The small space under the stairs was used as a waiting area for those who wanted to meet the lord of the house. From this entrance and balcony the view of the surrounding mountains and the village is unspoiled.
The ground floor of the house is a living room area with influences of the old times, with stone paving, old cabinets and arched walls. In this area there is also a shower and a washing machine.Wooden interior stairs lead to the upper floor. Here is the kitchen and the dining area. The kitchen caters all the amenities for your needs : oven, hobs, microwave, kettle, dishes and utensils. The space has access to a lovely backyard with big trees, flowers and fresh vegetables. A seating or dining area is set here under the trees , so guests can enjoy the quietness of nature. Next to the dining area there are two bedrooms. One is with a double bed and view to the village while the other has two twin beds with a view to the backyard.
