Their private pool (size 7mx4m,depth 80cmx1,8m) and terrace offer breathtaking views whilst the built-in barbecue and outdoor sitting/dining area will give you plenty of memories to cherish. Hillside house such as this offer a retreat from busy roads and crowded beaches, with the added benefit of mountain breezes.
The villa’s design ensures a spectacular view to the sea from all the outdoors sitting and dining areas.

Fabulous holiday

The Wonderful Villa Zeta

We had the most amazing time at Villa Zeta in Corfu. A wonderful Villa in a beautiful setting with breath taking views, fabulous pool and everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. Eirini and Dora are incredible - we couldn't have asked for better hosts. Attentive and friendly, they made sure everything was perfect.

Superb villa for 2-4 people

The villa is very comfortable and well-furnished, and has wonderful views towards /over the sea (it is high up on the hillside). Nearby there are many pretty beaches and excellent restaurants. The owners are very friendly and helpful and make it easy for you for hire a car from them too (they meet you at Corfu Town airport). You can easily hire a boat for a day from Nissaki beach which is a short walk from the villa.

Perfect villa but with noisy building work

The villa was perfect with a fabulous view. Many decent tavernas nearby. The drive up the lane to the villa in an unfamiliar car was tricky first time but I got used to it. Unfortunately, there was persistent pile driving noise for several hours most days we were there.

Breathtaking views from a gorgeous villa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night stay in your beautiful villa set amongst the olive groves. The views from every room were stunning. The villa was well equiped and spotless. We appreciated the welcome pack on arrival too.The walk up to the villa is tough, especially in the heat, but we managed, especially as we knew we had the pool to look forward to. We spent most of our time when at the villa outside by the pool. The covered dining area and umbrella offered welcome shade, and we got plenty of use out of the bbq. Thanks again Dora and Eirini. We'll be back. The Keague family.

Simply wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The view of the bay is incredibly beautiful. Eirini and Dora welcomed us very, very warmly and friendly and gave us great tips for our vacation. We could contact them at any time. In general, the Corfiots are exceptionally friendly and very communicative people. We were very happy to learn that Eirini and Dora offer a rental car service! We were picked up from the airport by their very friendly husbands. How great ist that? The road up to the villa seems a bit adventurous ... but only the first time. In the island of Corfu you have to get used to driving on narrow and steep roads. And Eirini was right when she told us on the first day that you get used to it very quickly, which I could not believe at first, but that's exactly how it was! Thank you for this beautiful vacation! We will definitely come back!

Super Villa mit tollen Gastgebern

Wir haben uns von Anfang an in der Villa wohl gefühlt! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, alles war sehr sauber (Villa und Pool wurden auch zwischendurch gereinigt) und sie ist gut eingerichtet. Den Gastgebern ist es sehr wichtig, dass die Gäste sich wohl fühlen und helfen auch bei Problemen, die nicht die Villa betreffen. Der Weg zur Villa hoch ist schmal und steil, aber man gewöhnt sich daran, zudem ist man weg vom Trubel und kann die Ruhe genießen. Wir empfehlen die Villa zu 100 Prozent und werden bestimmt nochmal hinfliegen.

Geweldige vakantie

Het was een zalige en geweldige vakantie. De villa was volledig in orde en super proper, zowel binnen als buiten. De eigenaars zijn super vriendelijk en helpen je direct bij een eventueel probleem en ze geven tips over de omgeving. En wat een geweldig zicht vanop de terrassen. We hebben echt genoten. De weg naar de villa is wel pittig maar eens je het een paar keer gedaan hebt, wordt je het gewoon. Deze villa is echt een aanrader.

Fantastic Villa in a beautiful setting with a wonderful view

We had a fabulous 2 week stay in Villa Zeta. Thank you so much. Our hosts, Dora and Irini could not have been more attentive and kind. The villa has all the necessary amenities in the kitchen and throughout to make a very comfortable stay. Any slight problems were immediately addressed, even on Greek holidays! The villa and pool is totally private and not overlooked at all. There were many lovely near by taverna's which supplied excellent local Greek dishes. Walking down the mountain to some took 10 mins but walking back up after dinner is a challenge. One in fact that we did not undertake! Thank you once again for a lovely holiday. We will definitely return, but only to this villa!

Peaceful, private villa with incredible views

The villa and the views are every bit as lovely as the photos. It’s just a short drive from the main road up the hillside, with private parking. The other villa is on the other side of the parking area so both houses are very private from each other and are reached by a private driveway from the tiny road. If you want peace and privacy with lots of outdoor space which isn’t overlooked, then this villa is perfect. Both bedrooms overlook the sea as does the lounge and outdoor seating areas. There is a supermarket with a bakery on the main road by the turn off and also a few tavernas. The bakery does amazing pastries and cakes as well as fresh bread and will even deliver to the house. You can also order meat and fish there if you want something specific. The owners Irini and Dora are extremely helpful and friendly. They leave a welcome pack of bread, fruit, milk etc which is great to arrive to. The house is also cleaned mid-week, with a change of towels and bed linen (how different to those properties who add a final cleaning charge as a standard fee!) We did a walk directly from the house up into the hills to the deserted village of Old Sinies. The Corfu trail also passes close by. There are lots of fabulous coastal walks, including the one in the nature reserve area of Erimitas. There’s lots of information in the house with things to see and do. I don’t think I’ve ever rented anywhere where I’ve known Immediately that I would return to, but I would definitely come back to this villa. Sad to leave, but lovely to know we have found somewhere we will definitely return to for lots of reasons. I just wish I had visited Corfu sooner. :)

Absolutely beautiful

My heading says it all both for the villa and the views. We arrived at Villa Zeta after a hideous start to our holiday (fire at the hotel in Edinburgh, overweight on the luggage at airport!) however all this disappeared on arrival at Zeta - Irini and Dora had left us a most welcoming message and had thoughtfully provided us with the basics. The villa itself is immaculate and welcoming with stunning views. I agree with a previous reviewer a car is essential to explore but is so worth it to see the beauty of both the northeast coast but across to west too. Unfortunately the pool was too cold for us this time (we did manage one dip!) but I imagine in the heat of summer it's a welcome relief! Overall we had a brilliant time in Corfu and this was largely due to our excellent accommodation. Many thanks to Irini and Dora both for the villa and the Easter cake!

Beautiful Villa Zeta

Our family have had such a fantastic holiday at Villa Zeta. We arrived in the dark and I have never experienced walking in to a Villa after a long journey saying "wow". We entered a large open plan space that was so clean, surrounded by fabulous French doors and a swimming pool accessed through the door at the end of the room. The bedrooms were large, modern and the place was so well taken care of. The views from pool, lower and top terrace were breathtaking. The fact that another villas is next door bothered me before we arrived, yet we met or heard no neighbours during the whole 2 weeks. It was a private getaway with no other villas in close proximity. Dora and Eirini were absolutely lovely ( the owners) who take great pride in there lovely homes and were easy to talk to and ask for anything. A car is essential as you are a good walk from the nearest beaches, especially in the summer heat. It is well worth getting a small car for exploring this beautiful part of the island too. We would highly recommend this Villa to those who want to relax, explore or just swim and read! It really is outstanding and we are working out when we can return.

I live in Nissaki village in Corfu with my husband and two children. I'm a very active person and I can never have enough to do. If I'm not with my children, I'm running around managing our villas - both of which make me proud and happy. I couldn't have asked for anything else.

It was always my dream to build a house with a view amongst the greenery in Corfu. Nissaki's crystal clear waters, surrounding greenery and views from the mountain above it made it the perfect location. It provides remoteness and isolation in combination with ease of access to shops, traditional tavernas and many activities.
