Excellent Apartment

Thank you so much Olesja for an excellent week at your lovely spacious, spacious and well-equipped 11th floor apartment. The balcony has good sea, mountain and town views, whereas the lift and wifi works very well. Your apartment is very close to restaurants, bars and shops, 5 minutes to the beach and 12 minutes to the bus station where we caught buses from the Airport and as far as El Medano in the south and Playa San Juan in the north. Excellent

Fourth visit to this apartment over the last two years (86 days in total) and looking forward to making our 5th booking in the next few weeks. Think this says it all. Three things would make it better for us - a casserole dish so that we can use the oven if we want to and a new frying pan A microwave would be good although we have managed up to now to live without one while there. There have been upgrades to the apartment every time we have been and more will be done by the owner she says. We love this place for the location and the absolutely fantastic views.

Sehr schöne Lage und traumhafter Ausblick

Traumhafter Blick über die Berge und das Meer. Haben jeden morgen das Frühstück auf dem Balkon genossen. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht. Die Sauberkeit könnte man ein wenig verbessern. Aber die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Und vielen lieben Dank für alles Olesya und vor allem für die schnellen Antworten.

Gute Lage, Preisleistung stimmt.

Das Appartment befindet sich in einer guten Lage, nahe zum Strand und zur Promedade. Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach ausgestatten, aber die Preisleistung stimmt. Leider war der Kühlschrank für uns zu klein und eine bessere Grundreinigung wäre gewünscht. Wer eine gehobene Wohnung haben möchte, soll sich etwas teures suchen. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich. Wir haben dort einen schönen Urlaub verbraucht und würden gerne nochmal kommen.

Licht und Schatten

Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Couch, Tisch, Fernseher (kein deutsches TV) und den Küchenbereich mit Tisch. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammen gestellt werden können, einen großen Kleiderschrank und zwei Kommoden. Die Matratzen der Betten waren für die Bettrahmen zu kurz. Auf dem ersten Blick war an der Wohnung nichts auszusetzen. Bei genaueren Hinsehen hat man aber feststellen müssen, dass die Sauberkeit nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprach. Überall war es staubig, die Bettwäsche war teilweise nicht ganz sauber, die Tische im Wohnzimmer schmierig. Hinzu kam, dass an der Duschkabine im Bad Schimmelflecken waren und die Toiletten auch nicht vor unserem Besuch geputzt wurde. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer war sehr gut. Außerdem war positiv, dass die Wohnung über eine Waschmaschine verfügt, die auch funktioniert. Der Kühlschrank war noch von den Vorgängern gefüllt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Im Nachhinein muss man vielleicht sagen, dass man eine Sauberkeit wie in Deutschland für den Preis nicht erwarten kann.

This time inn Los Cristianos was more lika an adventure. We had the strongest Calima in years for several days. The Covid-19 virus made our stay shorter than planed. Olesya, thank you for everything.

Lack of contact, no communication, no key arrangement

No one there for the arranged meet and greet, no one at the apartment to supply access and keys. Tried phoning the number given at 15 times no response, sent text messages no response. Sent emails to both addresses given no response, tried the home number given was informed there were to many digits for a telephone number. A local resident let us into the apartment block where we waited for someone to turn up, continuously trying the numbers and leaving messages. Spoke to another couple staying in the apartments and they said the same happened to them the year before. They finally got a text message telling them where the key was? After 3 hours of waiting in the lobby area we finally checked the mail boxes and found a set of keys to apartment 116. We checked the apartment out and looking at the pictures on the website decided this must be the one. We moved in but for the whole of the week we never relaxed as we had no confirmation that we were in the right apartment. To this date we have still not received any communications from the property manager with an explanation. Totally disgusted with the way we have been treated and feel we have wasted our money on a holiday which was supposed to be a relaxing week into a week of worry and wondering if we were in someone else’s apartment and waiting for them to turn up and us having to look for somewhere else to stay.

Процесс заселения по вине менеджера ужасный. Квартира замечательная.

По прибытии нас обещала встретить менеджер Олеся с ключами. Нас никто не встретил. В течение первого часа на телефонные звонки никто не отвечал. В течение последующих 3-4 часов иногда менеджер Олеся брала телефонную трубку, но это были разговоры с сильно неадекватным человеком. Вначале обещание прибыть через 5 минут. Затем предложение посетить местное кафе с гарантией оплаты. Затем много разной несвязной речи без конкретики в части заселения. Затем связь прекратилась совсем. После 23 часов мы вынуждены были искать ночлег в соседнем отеле(за 100 евро). К обеду следующего дня менеджер пришла в себя и нам ключи положила в почтовый ящик в холле здания. Олеся по телефону обещала скомпенсировать наши расходы, но мы ее так и не видели. Уезжали, оставив ключи в почтовом ящике. По телефону просила реквизиты счета для перевода денег, но так и не заплатила. Квартира соответствует описанию: чисто, уютно,просторно. Владимир и Наталия.

Love It!

Just had our 5th visit to this lovely seafront apartment. the view is amazing and the sun comes up on the balcony in the morning for a few hours so just love spending time sitting out watching the world go by or reading. Great balcony for eating out on. The restaurants and shops are nearby so lovely not having to go far if you don't want or need to. Cant wait for our next visit

Great location, nice apartment, but not quite as expected.

This apartment really is less than 200m from the Los Cristianos promenade and then just a very short walk to a wonderful, life-guarded, sandy beach, which has toilets. The promenade, which stretches all the way to Playa de las Americas and beyond is populated with a great range of restaurants, bars and shops, including HiperDino Express for any food etc that you want to buy. Access from the airport is by express bus (for a lot less than the taxi fare) and takes 15-20 minutes, and then it's less than a 10 minute walk. The apartment itself is comfortable but you do need to be aware that the TV is limited to local channels (i.e. no cable or satellite) and the only internet connection is in the residents' room on the ground floor.

Cosy apartment in the center

Really nice apartment in a perfect spot of Los Cristianos. Everything was according to the listing. Parking place is also a relief in Tenerife. Communication with Olesya was really easy.

shame about hosting

On arrival we tried to contact the owner with no joy. We got a local barman to contact and were told to wait until somebody left the property reception so we could gain access! On entering the property realised kettle didn't work. Had to go out and buy a new one!! (Something you did nt need after you have been up and travelling for 13 hours. Not sure how to work the hob or washing machine . Would have been nice for the host to be there and show us around the property and to show us how to work equipment. Location is spot on 500 metres from beach and bars and restaurants. View is fantastic so know complaints there. Apartment is big and spacious enough for two. Overall a great holiday such a shame host was nowhere to be seen on arriving or departure. Would have used this apartment again but in view of the above sorry now we will not. Deposit returned ok so no problems there. Just to spend half an hour on arrival and departure with your guests is something we would do out of respect

Great apartment in excellent location

This was our second time in Olesya's apartment, and quite a few improvements have been done since last year. A new shower screen has been fitted; 4 new balcony chairs, meaning we could all sit on the generous balcony together; 2 new comfy beds; and the decoration has been refreshed. Thanks Olesya for another great holiday in your apartment. It will be top of our list for our 2020 summer holidays.

Appartement parfait

Nous avons passé 15 jours super dans cet appartement très très bien placé, à 2 min de la plage , des restaurants, et une magnifique vu sur l’océan , une piscine entretenu tous les jours ,parfait pour mes enfants , un parking privatif très pratique car très dur de ce garer à Ténérife, La propriétaire très sympathique et toujours joignable pour quoi que soit .je recommande fortement. 1st Time in Tenerife

1st time in Tenerife and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Apartment location is superb less than a minute from sea front. View from balcony was great really enjoyed sitting out in the mornings and when we got back at night. The apartment was clean and had everything you required apart from ironing board! Pool area was very clean and pool was lovely and quiet we enjoyed spending a few hours just relaxing around it. Overall experience was very good and we would recommend this apartment the only slight issue was getting into the apartment the owners number on the website is incorrect so had to contact Home and Away direct to get in touch - They were superb and resolved the issue promptly also the earlier review that mentions access to the apartment is correct its accessed via Calle el Coronel. Hope to come back soon.

Great Little Appartment

The view from the balcony of this apartment is priceless, waking up to that view and sitting in the afternoon sun was fabulous. Location cannot be faulted for getting to everything in los cristianos. The pool area at the apartment is beautiful as well, and generally quiet. The apartment is a good size for 2 people, but don’t be mistaken that the bathroom and shower are small. The shower probably a bit small for my 6’6 partner. All this apartment needs is some TLC, a new shower screen, second mirror, thorough bathroom clean, and it would be perfect. The communication details on this app are not up to date, so this needs sorting, as trying to check in and do all communication over email was not good. Also, we had no one meet for check out, so just locked up and left keys in the mailbox. Overall, we would stay again and recommend this apartment.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Olesya et tout était parfait. Son compagnon nous a reçu à une heure assez tardive avec un accueil chaleureux. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche des supermarchés, restaurants et plages. Très belle vue sur la ville la nuit et belle vue sur la mer, le jour. A recommander !!!

Unable to review property as nobody to meet us

Was given a phone number to call on arrival at Tenerife South airport nobody answered.Went to property rang apartment more calls nothing.Luckily we had funds to book another hotel had a phone call 10pm saying we had booked booked the following week( not true) refused to talk that time of night tired and stressed.No follow up call next day so booked for rest of week at own expense.Then a tx message saying sorry been in hospital let you judge that one very dubious as someone else could of met us on arrival.Booked this apartment as reviews were good but who writes these reviews is open to question so be careful would not wish our experience on anybody at least we had funds to book another hotel which we throughly enjoyed

Hello, as I explained earlier I was in the Hospital and all the money was refunded. Unfortunately nothing else I was able to do about this horrible situation. Sincerely, Olesya

The view alone is worth the fee.

The above says it all, the view is from another price bracket and then you get this wonderful apartment as well. One thing I noticed before travelling was this apartment cannot be accessed from it's address on Calle Caldera, but from Calle Coronell, the next street down. The apartment was bigger than expected and works really well as a self contained unit, the supermarkets close by, shops and restaurants on the doorstep within easy reach. Give this apartment a try, you won't be disappointed.

I had a great stay in the apartment. It's not too far from bar's, beach, bus stop and shops. Check in and check out were good.
