We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the stunning location - it truly is a unique spot for soaking in the sea views. We’re sorry to hear that parts of the property didn’t meet your expectations, and we genuinely appreciate you highlighting the areas that could use attention. As a result, the team on site will repair the chairs, and are doing some maintenance to help spruce everything up. The hallway can sometimes have the slight aroma of salt in particularly dry weather, however it is extremely rare, and can be solved by leaving the front door ajar if it's particularly warm outside. It’s great to hear you made the most of everything the Torcross area has to offer, and we’re glad the setting helped make your stay a memorable one. We are so sorry to hear that the property was not at the cleanliness standard we would expect for your arrival, we have discussed this with both the property owner and managers to ensure a more thorough dusting going forward. We always look to rectify any cleanliness concerns as soon as possible and our property managers are more than happy to visit during our guest's holiday to put right anything that may have been sadly missed. Thank you for letting us know about the towels, these have now been replaced with new fluffy towels and the welcome folder has been replaced with a new updated version after the previous copy unfortunately went missing.
