Our unique, brand new, two-bedroom duplex apartment is overlooking the River Douro in Foz, less than 4km from Porto City Centre. Absorb the peace and tranquillity and sit back relaxing with your favourite book on either of the two balconies absorbing the sun. The comfortable living space has been finished to a high standard to make our guests feel at home including fully equipped kitchen, Daikin climate control, electronic lighting, and blackout blinds.

The apartment offers wonderful natural light and has floor to ceiling patio windows on both levels, showcasing spectacular and unobstructed views over the River and the Natural Estuário do Douro Reserve (bird sanctuary).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven that doubles as a microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle.

The living room/dining area has access to one of the two balconies, has a cozy dining area for 4, a TV with several channels including international and a AC unit.

The bedrooms are located on the upper level. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200cm) with en-suite bathroom featuring built-in Bluetooth speakers. This room has its own balcony, custom built-in wardrobes, electronic lighting, blackout blinds and AC unit.

The guest room has two single beds, which can be placed together to create a super king (220x200cm). It also has a en-suite bathroom with built in bluetooth speakers, custom made wardrobes, electronic lighting, blackout blinds and AC unit.

Next to the apartment door on the second floor there is a lockbox, code is 3241. In that lockbox there are keys for both doors so we only need to open the building door through the app on check-in.
