In the heart of the Torre del Cerrano Marine Protected Area, a few steps from the beach is the Green Bay Village. The three-room apartment D17, on the first floor SMERALDO of the PINETA building, has an open space with kitchen complete with accessories, dishes, crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and gas hob, as well as a TV corner and sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of 1 main bedroom furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed and wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower. The living room leads to the terrace, overlooking the swimming pool, equipped with table and chairs, ideal for those who want to enjoy time outdoors. The apartment is air conditioned. Just 250 meters from the hotel, passing through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you will arrive at the golden sand beach, in the clearest point of our coast, close to Torre Cerrano. The Residence offers free access to the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, Wi-Fi connection included, internal parking or garage are available on request, for a fee, also to give you greater comfort, upon arrival you will find the first supply of bed linen and towels included in the price. Thanks to its location about 1.5 km from the center, however easily reachable thanks to the cycle path that runs alongside the historic pine forest, it is the ideal solution for enjoying a holiday in total relaxation.
