Schöne Wohnung im 3. Stock mit Aufzug. Komplett renoviert mit neuen Möbeln und Klimaanlage.
Die Wohnung verfügt über: Unabhängige Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafcouch, Doppelzimmer + Einzelbett, 2. Doppelzimmer, Badezimmer.
Nichtraucherwohnung.
Es befindet sich direkt an der Promenade von Francavilla, einer blauen Flagge (ein Titel, der den Badeorten mit dem saubersten Meer zugeschrieben wird). Der Strand ist aus feinem goldenen Sand. Sehr gut von allen Dienstleistungen bedient: Bushaltestelle unter dem Haus, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte, Lounge-Bars, Diskotheken in der Nähe, Bahnhof in 3 km Entfernung. Luna Park für Kinder im Sommer bei 100 Mt. Idealer geografischer Kontext für einen erholsamen Urlaub am Meer. Alle Strände sind in eleganten und gut ausgestatteten Badeanstalten mit Restaurants organisiert, die auf Fischkochen, Sonnenschirme, Sonnenliegen und alles, was den Komfort am Strand betrifft, spezialisiert sind. Jachthafen mit allem Komfort in 4 km Entfernung, Möglichkeit zum Mieten von Sportbooten. Gemeinschaftspool mit Fitnessraum in der Parallelstraße. Ein paar Kilometer von den wunderschönen Bergen des Abruzzen-Apennins, die in 30 Minuten erreichbar sind, darunter die Majella und den Gran Sasso mit Gipfeln bis zu fast 3000 Metern und bezaubernden Landschaften. Zahlreiche mittelalterliche und historische Städte in der Umgebung.

Overall the tenant, the location and the home was good. Just did not have air conditioning and WIFI. The tenant was a great communicator and the location not far from the beach.

Wonderful Stay at Giuseppe’s House

My two-week stay at Giuseppe's apartment was absolutely delightful, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, Giuseppe was incredibly welcoming and easy to reach, making the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. His hospitality truly made us feel right at home.The location of the apartment is simply fantastic. The beach, which is absolutely beautiful, was just a short, pleasant walk away, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sea whenever we wished. Beyond the beach, we were thrilled to discover a plethora of great restaurants and a convenient market all within very close proximity. This made exploring the local cuisine and stocking up on essentials incredibly easy and enjoyable.Giuseppe's house provided the perfect base for our vacation, combining comfort with an ideal location and an incredibly kind and responsive host. If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay, I wholeheartedly recommend Giuseppe's house!

Schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern, top gepflegt, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Auf Fragen und Anliegen wurde umgehend geantwortet und Hilfestellung geleistet. Die Lage, wenige Gehminuten zum schönen, breiten Sandstrand, war perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Appartement Green - besser gehts nicht!

Wir (vier Erwachsene und ein Kind) haben eine Woche lang im Appartement Green gewohnt und waren sehr zufrieden. Eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung, in frischem Zustand und sehr sauber, überdies mit sehr sinnvollen architektonischen Lösungen, denn das Bad verfügt trotz Innenlage über ein Fenster zur außenliegenden Abstellkammer, die für Sauerstoffzufuhr sorgt. Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird (z.B. Wasch- und Spülmaschine). Direkt vor dem Haus verkehren meist alle 20 Minuten die Buslinien 1 und 2 nach Francavilla downtown bzw. Pescara Zentrum. Einzig das Thema Mülltrennung und Müllentsorgung ist inzwischen in Francavilla etwas aufwendiger geworden. Giuseppe Mansi – der deutschsprachige Vermieter – wohnt mit im Haus und ist strukturiert, freundlich und entgegenkommend – alles bestens gelaufen!

Wunderschöne Wohnug für große Familie

Wir waren mit 5 Personen in der Wohnung "Green". Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht in jeder Hinsicht den Bildern im Internet. Der Sandstrand ist auf der anderen Seite der Straße. Da unsere Kinder gerne Sandburgen bauen, waren wir in dem öffentlichen Standanschnitt neben dem Standbad. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Nette Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir werden bestimmt wieder einen Urlaub in Francavilla buchen

Sehr gut geeigneter Familienurlaub direkt am Meer!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier, das Meer liegt wirklich gleich um die Ecke und der Strand ist super. Es gibt einen großen privaten Abschnitt und einen schmaleren öfffentlichen, den wir immer nutzten. Toiletten und Dusche waren gleich in der Nähe, man konnte wunderbar den ganzen Tag am Meer verbringen. Die Zimmer waren auch alle einwandfrei (wir hatten Zimmer No.9) und -ganz angenehm- es gab auch einen kleinen Lift im Haus. Herr Mansi und auch seine Mutter waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir hatten sehr schöne Tage hier verbracht.Für Kleinkind und ebenso Teenager ist der Urlaub hier in jeder Hinsicht gut geeignet. Auch die pizzerien und ristaurante sind alle sehr gut (besonders das ristorante Aquarius war preislich und geschmacklich echt super!). Wir würden immer wieder hier unseren Urlaub verbringen, vielen Dank Herr Mansi und alles Gute!!

Great location!

We had a great stay in Francavilla al Mare thanks to the great communication with our lovely host. The apartment is very spacious, has air conditioning, is steps away from the beach and many restaurants, is located right off the bus line and would be great for a larger group or family. It was very easy to take the bus or a rentable scooter/bicycle to and from Pescara and a short walk from shopping and restaurants right in Francavilla. We enjoyed our stay very much!

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer

Optimale Lage, alle Geschäfte des täglichen Gebrauchs in der Nähe, zum Strand sind es zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr nette Vermieter, Giuseppe und Lina waren gut erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden definitiv wieder buchen. Die Wohnung war in einwandfreiem und sehr sauberen Zustand.

Pasqua a Francavilla

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti nell'appartamento Green. Eravamo due famiglie per un totale di 7 persone (4 adulti e 3 bimbi). Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Appartamento pulito, spazioso e fornito sia di lavastoviglie che di lavatrice. Camere spaziose, pulite e fornite di tutta la biancheria necessaria. I proprietari sono stati gentili e ci hanno permesso di utilizzarlo fino ad oltranza dell'ultimo giorno di soggiorno in quanto non dovevano subentrare altri inquilini

ottimo appartamento

Abbiamo soggiornato per Pasqua, eravamo due famiglie (4 adulti e 3 bimbi) L'appartamento ha soddisfatto in pieno le ns. esigenze: vicinissimo al mare, fornito di tutti i comfort e veramente pulito! I proprietari ci hanno gentilmente concesso di restare fino al tardo pomeriggio del giorni partenza in quanto non dovevano subentrare altri inquilini.

A comfortable stay near the beach

The apartment easily accomodated us, we were 4 adults and 1child. It is nicely furnished and decorated and the kitchen large and easy to work in and well stocked with utensils. The apartment is very close to the beach just across the street less than a block away and it was very easy to go back and forth. The surrounding area is full of shops, cafes, and restaurants and also small markets to buy produce, pasta, etc to cook at home. In the evening there are many families out with their children but overall the neighborhood is quiet. Giuseppe, the owner, was very friendly, available and helpful. This was our second time at Francavilla and the apartment and we plan to return to both. I recommend the apartment especially for families with children

Traumhafter Urlaub unter der Sonne Italiens!!!

Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub, gerade die Lage der Wohnung zum Wasser war genial, da wir mit unserer kleinen Tochter dort waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat mehr als man erwartet ( Buggy für Kinder, Sandspielzeug, Sonnenschirm für den Strand etc...). Außerdem muss man hier betonen, das die Wohnung super sauber ist, so etwas habe ich vorher noch nie erlebt. Mit Giuseppe hat man einen tollen Vermieter, der perfekt deutsch spricht und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants hat. Leider hat er uns erst am Abreisetag gesagt, das er sogar eine eigene Bar besitzt, hätten Ihn sonst gerne dort besucht. Gruß Simon, Steffi und Lilly

Sehr, sehr zufrieden

Wir haben 10 Tage / Nächte in der "Orange"-Wohnung verbracht und ich kann nur Positives berichten. Eine sehr gute Lage (ein privater Strand liegt direkt gegenüber; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehrere Pizzerias bzw. Restaurants sind in der Nähe), in der Wohnung fehlt an nichts. Für uns war eine gute Internet-Verbindung von Bedeutung (Skype etc.) und diese haben wir dort auch vorgefunden. Und besonders hervorheben möchte ich unsere Vermieter Lina und Giuseppe. Die beiden sind echte Hilfe, gerade wenn man Italienisch nicht unbedingt selber spricht. Ich kann die Wohnung vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Und beim nächsten mal wird uns die Suche nach einer Unterkunft in Abruzzo sehr leicht fallen.

A fantastic time in Francavilla!

Giuseppe's hospitality and concern for his guests was evident immediately to us upon arrival in Francavilla. We were lost and phoned him, and within a few minutes he came to us and escorted us to the apartment! The apartment itself was beautiful, VERY clean and spacious - exactly as reflected in the pictures. There were six of us staying in the Green apartment (4 adults and 2 teenagers) and we never felt cramped or tight. There was nothing missing from this apartment - sheets, towels, kitchen utensils! Giuseppe and his fiancee welcomed us warmly, gave us directions to all the sights in and around Francavilla and they were always available to answer any questions we had throughout the week. The beautiful sandy beach with clear water is directly in front of the apartment, across the street. So convenient! We had an amazing time in Francavilla and I would highly recommend Giuseppe's apartments!

Wonderful holiday on the Adriatic sea

First of all we are very grateful to Giuseppe for the hospitality and readiness to help even in the little things. Thank You!!! We arrived to Francavilla in the night (about 3 a.m.) and Giuseppe was kindly waited us to pass the keys. The appartment was nice and enough equipped for all our needs, with excellent location nearby the sea. Sea in Francavilla really fantastic, clear water and long sand beach - ideal for families with children. Shops and restaurants in a walking distance. In addition to relaxing on the beach, there are many interesting places to visit. We really enjoyed to travel through the region to discover the old cosy towns with squares, castles and medieval churches. You still feel a special color on such places. We would definately recommend Francavilla to others! We had a great time.

Ironman Stay

We arrived around 1 hour prior to the estimated arrival time. Called the owner and within 10 minutes he was at the appartment to explain everything and hand over the keys. The appartment was in a very good state with 3 airco installations for when it gets to hot. The purpose of my stay was for the ironman @ pescara. Called the owner several times to call me a taxi and for some advices which he immediatly did. What ever is in his possibilities he will do for the people who rents the appartments. If I'll be doing the race again i won't have any doubts about recomming to this appartment again.

Perfect Francavilla Apartment

We loved this Francavilla apartment! The owners were trustworthy, friendly, professional and genuinely cared for our positive vacationing experience. We traveled with two todlers and adults, all 8 of us slept comfortably and found the home to be clean, beautifully decorated, it had everything we needed, linnens, plates, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi and kept to the highest standards. Our hosts were even so concerened with our stay that uppon arrival when we found construction happening on the building (something the hosts had no controll over) they were up front and appologetic and even went out of their way to ask if the workers could keep it down. There is a grocery, coffee bar, beach, bus stop, bank, restaraunt all within 5 min walking. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Great stay in Francavilla al Mare, Pescara

Our family on 6 had a great stay in Pescara. This was our first stay in Italy. Pescara-area with its long sandy beaches seemed like a good place to start. And it was. We had a great time. Short distance from the airport to the apartement is nice. What we liked most about Pescara is that there is mostly local turism. The restaurants has an local atmosphere.. The apartement was as promised nice, clean and well equipped. That combined with excellent location near the beach made our vacation a success. We would not hesitate to recommend Pescara and Francavilla to others!!

My wife and 3 children (11,9 and 7) really enjoyed our stay at this newly decorated apartment.All facilities in the apartment were excellent and it's location was fantastic, next to the beach and easy walk or bus ride into the city of Pescara. The owners live in the building and could not have been more plesant and helpful. We would highly recomment this for any family. Thanks again Giuseppi !

Super!

We found the apartment to be clean and secure and well equipped with modern furniture the apartment had a very nice feel and was all within walking distance of the beach,supermarket,shops & restaurants. We would highly recommend this apartment for a holiday and we would stay there again. The landlord was very co operative and accomodating also!

Nice appartmens, in the centrum of the city. Very comfortable and cosy. Very close to the beach! (About 2 min. walk). Appartments have all the stuf wat you need for a pleseant stay. Clean and tidy.

The Best!

I'm very happy to have spend my holiday in Francavilla al Mare. The apartment is simply perfect: new furniture, air conditioner, friendly owner, all thinks that is really difficult to find in rental apartments. The sea is one of the most clean that I have see and the city is perfect for holidays. I will return this summer!

Fabulous

It's the more nice and clean apartment that I have visit in all my travels. It's just few steps from the beach, and I have had a fantastic holiday in Francavilla al Mare. The owner is a very kindly person and present for every question.
