Luxury Lounge Villa "The Beachhouse" is located in one of the most beautiful and best locations in Moraira: only 700 meters walk from the centre and 900 meters to the most beautiful beach of Moraira "El Portet". The villa is very private and quiet in the popular residential area "Pla del Mar". The villa has a closed entrance and shaded on-site parking for 2 cars.

The completely new and attractively furnished villa is south-oriented and has the sun all day long. The villa is located on 1 level (a few steps at the front door), has 4 spacious, very charming bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, a spacious living room with gas fireplace and a kitchen. The spacious kitchen has a large glass front that can be opened completely, so there is direct contact with the garden, terrace and swimming pool. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold).

The large covered terrace (naja), just like the cabana with the large dining table, is cozy and next to the spacious, heated swimming pool (9x4). There are plenty of lounge areas all around in both the sun and shade. The complete outdoor kitchen is ready for a delicious BBQ. For cool days or the evenings you can use the jacuzzi, romantically located under the 150-year-old olive tree. Various fruit trees and tropical plants provide a great holiday atmosphere.

The villa is very comfortable and has luxurious, new beds of a generous size, such as in the "Ibiza room" a lovely Pullman box spring of 2.10 x 1.80 m. Each bedroom has a variety of pillows so that there is a suitable and comfortable one for everyone. The villa also has a very complete and high-quality kitchen equipment.

PS Our house is not suitable for groups of friends who want to enjoy the nightlife.

- The use of electricity will be charged separately to you, the costs of this are € 0.32 per tap. The amount will be settled via the deposit.
- In the early and late season, the pool heating can be turned on on request. This will increase the electricity costs considerably.
