The water comes from a cistern, fed by a borehole, and it is preferable to drink bottled water.
The office with a sofa bed, with a fixed computer, printer and Harman sound system; desk, office supplies and library can be rented by agreement with the owner. You can also rent a car and access the garage for electrical charging.
