The apartment:
Located on the third floor, this 100 m2 fully equipped apartment is decorated and designed in a Mediterranean Style. Every single detail is being prepared with the main objective of making your holidays relaxed, enjoyable and unforgettable!!

This beautiful apartment has 1 suite room, (with 1 bathroom included) with a double bed (135x190cm), 1 double-room with a double bed (150x190cm), a single room with bunk bed (90x190cm), a second bathroom, a completely equipped kitchen and a large but cozy living room. You will find a big terrace area, where you can enjoy the ambiance and the views of the heart of the city, fully furnished with everything you need to make your holidays unique.

All rooms in the apartment are equipped with air conditioning and heating units. There is also a fast speed internet.

We also manage the apartments PROVENÇAL, and INDUSTRIAL, in the same building so, booking all three together, we can accommodate up to 15 guests.

Although the building has a lift, we must inform you that it is only available from the first floor, so you have to climb a flight of stairs to reach it.







The surroundings:
The MEDITERRANI apartment is located in the center of Sitges, just steps away from the beach.

All shops, bars, restaurants and the nightlife are in walking distance.



Only 100 meters away, walking down a little street, our guests will find the famous golden sandy beaches and a huge 2 km palm tree promenade, the Paseo Marítimo, ideal for relaxing walks, cycling or rollerblading.

All the local amenities are on the surrounding blocks... with plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bars, etc. Also the liveliest gay area in Sitges is just on your doorstep.

Although this great apartment is literally in the center of Sitges, it is a very calm spot because all bedrooms are facing the much quieter rear of the building, not the busy street below.

The train station, bus stop and taxi stands are very close. The train ride to Barcelona city center or El Prat International airport takes about 30 minutes. There is no need for a car, while staying at the MEDITERRANI apartment.

Parties and smoking NOT allowed.

Pets not accepted.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount is payable to your greeter upon arrival at the property.

As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.

Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.
